"Good value for money, and the buffet was very good with a nice variety of food.
The two restaurants included in the all-inclusive package were unfortunately very disappointing. The food was poor, and some of it seemed like frozen pizza. In our opinion, the buffet was much better and offered far more choice.
The hotel also shows signs of poor maintenance. We had several problems with the air conditioning during the first few nights, but the staff provided us with a fan, which we really appreciated.
Apart from that, it is a nice hotel with a good swimming pool for children. The Greek-speaking staff were very friendly and helpful. However, some of the international staff could improve their customer service, as this affected the warm Greek hospitality that Greece is known for.
Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again."
