«We were a group of seven friends that had booked the villa that Ifigenia owns. On the home page of hotels.com it says that the villa is in the center of the old town in Chania. When we arrived we discovered that the villa was located far away, up in the mountains. We spent 100 Euro on two taxis to go to the villa and back to town! We had to find new rooms for all seven in the old town. We have asked both Ifigenia and hotels.com for a refund. We have sent over proof of the taxi bills and the ...

«A very nice stay overall in Pnoe. Is just outside Fira city centre. We walked every day for 25 min and back. And was worth it. We didn't want to rent a car again after our trip to Milos. First because Santorini is so busy and second to avoid any possible scratches. Roads are tight. Anyway breakfast was very nice, lots of options and the suite was beautiful. Loved having the private pool. Totally recommended »
