The space
*Sleeping Arrangement*
The apartment is equipped with 1 King size bed, 2 comfy beds and pillows. All of the bed sheets, linens, and pillow covers are replaced after each checkout.
*Private Bathroom*
The private bathroom includes all of the basic amenities like, bathtub, shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hairdryer, toilet paper, soaps, body wash, shampoo, and towels.
*Kitchenette*
The kitchenette includes a microwave, mini-refrigerator, coffee maker, and a small dining table so that you can enjoy your meals.
*Living Space*
The complete studio is equipped with central air conditioning and heating along with a lightning fast internet connection, smart TV, and a dedicated workspace desk.
*Parking Situation*
Parking is available for $20/day on premises/off-site, and we only allow one (1) car per reservation. However, if you're planning to bring more than one car then please feel free to reach out to us beforehand so that we can check for the possibility of accommodating you with additional parking spots.

Guest access
1. Full private access to reserved studio unit.
2. Guests will have access to all of the listed amenities and nearby facilities that are available to public.
3. The beach is within a walking distance.
4. Parking is available on premises and we only allow one (1) car per reservation. However, if you're planning to bring more than one car then please feel free to reach out to us beforehand so that we can check for the possibility to accommodate you with additional parking spots.
5. The guests will have the facility of self-check-in through our smart locks entry system for a convenient check-in process.
6. The guests will have access to our on-site laundry area during their stay.

DAMAGE PROTECTION - Should you notice any damage/irregularities upon your arrival, it is your responsibility to contact us with-in 24 hours and report those issues. If any damage occurs during your stay, you must also report such damage before the checkout date.
SMOKING - This property is 100% smoke-free. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the house. In case of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $500.00 USD (Five Hundred U.S Dollars) charged on the credit card on file.
SECURITY-/ EMERGENCY. In case of life-threatening situations please call 911. The guest is aware that we have an emergency email to contact us after business hours. For your safety, please make sure to keep all windows and doors closed and locked all the time. The landlord and Property Manager are not responsible for damages, lost or stolen personal or property items. It is the guest's responsibility to properly secure the house when leaving the property. Do not give access to any unauthorized person to the house.
EXTRA GUESTS: The guest is aware of the limited number of guests allowed in the property during the rented period. In the case of additional guests, a daily fee of USD$50.00 (Fifty U.S. Dollars) plus taxes per person will be charged. The guest must inform us about the total of guests numbers staying on the property.
PARTIES: Absolutely any kind of party is NOT ALLOWED inside the property. There will be an additional non-refundable fee of $500.00 USD (Five Hundred U.S Dollars) charged on the credit card on file.
SANITARY SYSTEM: The waste pipes in the United States are considerably smaller than those you may be used to in Europe. FLUSH ONLY TOILET TISSUE! Please do not flush any Personal Hygiene Products, Baby Wipes, Diapers, Nappies, Kleenex Tissues, Plastics, Paper Wrappers, etc. Anything other than toilet tissue can block the pipes and these blocks can very easily cause toilets to overflow. In the event that the toilet does overflow, there is a stop valve behind and below the toilet. Please turn the water off and keep it off until the block is released.
FURNITURE: If, during your stay, you find it necessary to reposition furniture the apartment then please do so with extreme care and reinstate everything to its original location before your departure. Any damage resulting from the moving of furniture will be charged to you. If we have to move the furniture back after your departure, we will charge the cost to you as it entails sending staff specifically to the property to undertake this task.
LOST & FOUND: We will not be held responsible for any items left at the property or resort from the guest.
EXTRA CLEANING FEE: If the room is left out extremely dirty there will be an extra charge of $100.00 which totals two cleaning fees.
