Dette er en av tre villaer på samme eiendom langs havet, noe som gjør det til et flott sted for en stor sammenkomst! Du vil føle verdens venter på løft fra skuldrene dine inn i denne romslige villaen. Gå til høyre for inngangen blir du møtt med en nydelig, åpen stue med store sofaer og en stor flatskjerm-TV som alle ser over havet.

Til høyre for stuen er en nydelig spisestue med utsikt over havet dekk og Atlanterhavet. Nyt å se soloppgangen mens du nyter frokost eller solnedgangen om kvelden mens du nyter en nydelig middag tilberedt i det fullt utstyrte kjøkkenet i nærheten. Kokken i gruppen vil elske å forberede måltider i det nydelige, havkjøkkenet som kan skryte av granitt tellere og hvitevarer i rustfritt stål. Fra spisestuen kan du gå ut på din private veranda med havutsikt, komplett med rikelig uteservering og spisestue samt gassgrill. Foran verandaen er det en annen, felles dekk for de andre villaens gjester som sitter rett forbi sandstranden. Dette dekk er bare et annet sted du kan legge ut og nyte solen eller bruke utendørsdusjen til å skylle av sandete tær.

Labor Day getaway
Perfect location for the beach, property overlooks the beach, and while the private beach access is close due to repair work, beach can be accessed next door only a 2 min walk. Beautiful view of the beach and sea from the patio, and good for stargazing at night too. Property description was accurate, save for a grill brush that we could not locate, also dishwasher tablets/ laundry detergent not included.but overall a pleasant experience. I would start again for sure and recommend to others Thanks Rich!

The unit was very clean inside. The outside patio really needed attention. The biggest problem is the lack of beach access even tho it's beach front. The outside needs a lot of attention. I know the hurricane from 2 years ago really created a problem. However not having any beach access even steps going down is a problem.

We came for a festival in town with 9 staying at the house. The location was amazing, you could walk out the back door right to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone!! Loved it.

Get Together
We came for a graduation and a military commissioning ceremony. The view and open floor plan was perfect. The nightly rate was very reasonable. It was very clean. Only wished it had more hooks, hangers and bathroom counters. Had to live out of my suitcase.

AMAZING LOCATION!
We were 2 families staying in this house. It is HUGE! The view of the ocean is amazing. The furniture in the house is NOT the same as pictured. There is a set of full sized bunk beds + a full size bed in a room, a queen size bed in a room, a king size in a room, and another king size in the last bedroom. The family room has a very large reclining sectional and 2 sitting chairs. Biggest issue for us was NOT enough dining chairs. The dining table could seat up to 10 but only enough chairs for 5 people (Should be easy to fix). The grill was brand new and never used. The damage from the hurricane did not hinder our stay at all. It was a very quick walk to the public entrance. The kitchen was equipped enough for our 5 night stay. We will be booking this property AGAIN!

Sadly we arrived and left Daytona Beach Shores in wind and rain. But this made this house so much more appreciated. We could see the roaring ocean from inside. There was space for our party to be inside and feel comfortable. Everything was clean and efficient. We found the location very convenient. Would be pleased to return.

Perfect Family Getaway
The property was right on the ocean. You walk out the back sliding doors and see the ocean, feel the breeze and enjoy views of sunrise and sunset. The only detraction is the orange tape that blocks off the private access to the beach but the public access is just a few steps away. When you first arrive the place looks very casual but on the inside it's lovely. We had an amazing family beach week and could make meals in the kitchen but were steps away from all the wonderful eating places in Daytona. The staff stayed in communication with us to meet all of our needs. It was an awesome vacation!!

Great family weekend
Our family has had Memorial Day weekend vacations for many years. This year, we really enjoyed our stay at the Mediterranean Villa. It was clean, plenty of room, and very comfortable. Even the lack of direct beach access due to the hurricanes last year did not deter us from having a great time on the beach! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

Very nice place, but....
The VRBO was very nice, easy check in and easy to contact property managers, but however the place was infested with roaches. Upon check in we found dead and/or dying roaches all over the floors in every room. I cleaned them up, but we kept finding more every morning.

Not luxury too many maintenance problems
This place could be a 5 but it has so many maintenance issues that have been reported but not addressed. Couches broken, dishwasher has so much scaling it doesn’t wash the dishes, mattress old and lumpy, dirty socks under bed, dried food under couch, broken lamp, live and dead roaches (we have stayed at 8 places in DB and never had a roach problem). Broken patio furniture, laundry in dryer (not ours). Parking was an issue and there is no public parking near by. If they just spent some money fixing the issues it would be fantastic. As it is now it’s not worth the money.

Awesome Vacation
The property was well-cleaned and well-stocked. The house accommodated 5 elderly adults very comfortably. The amenities were plentiful and well-considered. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and viewing the ocean. Out of many fine houses I've rented in the Daytona area, this is the only one I would want to rent again. The only negative was palmetto bugs, but the hosts are doing every thing possible to keep them out. It's Florida, so bugs will be there.

Group trip
First the Oceans Luxury Rental team are top notch. We added a second unit as our group grew and they were fantastic at finding the right place for us. Their communication per, during and post trip were as good as I've ever seen. The Beachfront house was great for the group in it. We were there just after the hurricane so there was some damage and repair in progress. We'd been told this and it had no impact on the stay....again the right expectation setting. Planning to use them again next year!!

Family for Thanksgiving
Booked unit 12 months ago. The communication was great even with two hurricanes later battering the east coast. We were able to check in two hours early. TV in Living room was not working but was quickly replaced. All the family (9 of us) had plenty of room. Sad we didn't have beach access and my favorite restaurant was closed due to Hurricane Ian. All in all a good time was had by all. We'll be back

This property was very well laid out with plenty of room, great kitchen and convenient location with great outdoor space. Even though a hurricane caused the beach to be not as easily accessible(no one can control that) the property management staff were upfront and easy to communicate with, a great property overall and would book again for our annual get away.

Beautiful Location; Entomologist’s Dream
The view? STUNNING. Beautiful location, near the pier, easy beach access, watched the sunrise every morning. Could not have had a better view. The house? Needs help. Space wise accommodated all 9 of us perfectly, no complaints on bed availability. But this house clearly needs maintenance in several places (light fixtures rusted and falling out, no rail on the porch and loose bricks on the edge of porch, dining room chair legs wobbly and unsteady, reclining sofa stuck in the reclined positions), several dirty dishes put back in the cabinets… Previous reviews weren’t wrong… this house was infested with “Palmetto Bugs” aka cockroaches. During our 3 day stay, my family of 9 encountered no less than 30-40 of them. A few in our party live in FL and do not have this issue in their own homes. We were all petrified, grossed out, and disappointed. The management did offer some compensation in this regard, but that did not remove the problem. Overall - As long as we stayed outside looking at the ocean - we were happy; but the inside of the house could use some work, fumigation, and cleaning. So much wasted potential.
