Poor communication to say the very least. Terrible time there. They do not care about you as their customer. All they want is your money, you are their personal livestock while you're there.

This place was disgusting. Had period blood dried on the blanket. The pullout couch had stains all over. The property manager vickie was a rude person. doesn’t meet your needs. All they care about is their money. Will never stay here again. It was the worst experience ever. Literally felt like i was staying at a motel 6 that was crazy overpriced.

So 1st off they changed my room without notifying me or asking then couldn't find my reservations they dd nt accommodate me for the changing of my room. Also customer service was crappy didnt want to give us beach towels. My 1st stay there was excellent. But this trip was horrible i spent a lot of money on that condo rental just for me and my family to be treated like crap. Not sure if ill return fo a 3rd stay.

This was the 2nd year at the same Condo. We absolutely love staying here! The location is perfect for walking to shops, eating out, pool & beach. Everything is clean and staff is great. No complaints from us, we will stay again!!

My husband and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary and the main reason we come was for the ocean front view balcony and alone time.we were unable to spend any time on the balcony because of all the marijuana smoke which we thought the facility was smoke free so I feel I should have just got a regular room because the only way I got to enjoy the beach was to go out and walk along the beach.

My stay could not have been any better. The view was amazing. The room was immaculate. Check in was a breeze! The room had everything I needed to make my trip perfect. I will be booking through these owners again, no doubt. I have been to this resort many times, but this was my first time using this owner. It was the best room I have stayed in yet!

Strange Trip! Resort is nice if you spend you whole trip outdoors at the pool and beach! This condo rental experience was very strange! Upon check in no information about the resort or the room is provided even when asked! No other information given of how to even get to our condo(although we could figure it out 😏). No information/welcome packet in our condo. No essentials in condo such as soap for bathroom or kitchen. 1 roll of tp, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 trash bag. 4 towels total for 4 people for 7 days. When asked about more we were given a small slip of paper to contact the “manager”. 1 fabric shower curtain half hanging and bottom covered in mold. 2 beds and 1 fold out living room sofa but no extra blankets or pillows for sofa bed. Dishes were all dirty, blender literally had mold growing in it. Condo was not being maintained, very outdated and depressing. And lots of pool chatter about the 2 resort buildings involved in some sort of law suit. Vibe was weird. We would not book here again.

We stayed in an owner property on 19th floor South Tower & were disappointed. We booked this one night stay to extend our vacation at Ocean Walk by another night. I reached out several times to them via email & text to inquire about an early check-in & they never acknowledged or answered our request. Wyndham accommodated us giving us a late check out of our 2 bedroom unit in South Tower but had no control over allowing an early check in to the 1 bdrm unit since we rented it through Expedia & private owners. So as a result we had to pack our belongings & check them in with the bellman service to wait 4 hours before getting to check into the 1bdrm unit. It was inconvenient & frankly poor customer service since they never even acknowledged our request. The unit was clean but poorly maintained & not very comfortable. Two of the towel racks in bathroom were broken & thrown in vanity drawers, the floor was scuffed and chipped in many places, there were wall scuffs, and the tub was cracked with some mold growing on the tile grout. It served our purpose of an additional 1 night stay but if that unit were our 7 night stay it would have been very disappointing. The resort itself is great, huge pool, hot tubs, and lazy river, location is awesome, it allows walking to many restaurants, pier etc. We love the resort & plan to return! Staff were friendly & very accomodating, bar doesn't have happy hour specials which is odd but drinks were good. Overall this resort is a favorite of ours.

Condo is nice but dated and banged up. Fridge was missing shelf to put food on. No shampoo or conditioner, no soap for dishwasher. This is rented as part of ocean walk but not part of Wyndham, really should be advertised as a VRBO, not as hotel. There is a LONG list of what to do before you leave that is exactly like the airbnb and other rental from owners (wash dishes and put back in cabinets, trash out or $100 fee, remote under tv or $50 fee..). Shower was like warm at best. The kids corner is not there anymore. Parking for only one car not advertised.

The property itself was very nice but the condo we stayed in was disgusting. The owners did address what was wrong like the bathroom sink being clogged and vomit on the side of the bed. Was just surprising that the cleaning staff would leave it in that condition for the next guests. Grounds were great.

Always a great place for kids. View is amazing. The bed ruined my vacation. It was hard and squeaky. Did not get one descent nights sleep. Also washer and dryer weren’t working properly.

Absolutely disgusting. Rooms were filthy, beds looked like someone had already slept in them, bathtub was horrific, floors were so incredibly dirty that our feet were black. They also had the worst customer ever- I tried contacting them by phone, text and email with no response whatsoever. Don’t waste your money.

Ran down condo in a nice resort. Badly needs TLC!
This condo was very ran down. There was black mold in one of the bathrooms and years of grime in corners near the floor. Chunks of the wall were missing. There was baseboard missing in places exposing what appeared to be rotting or molding wood under. One of the bathroom vanities had nails sticking out. The walls had chunks missing in areas. Overall not what we were expecting as much as we paid. When we contacted the owners about the mold and grime, they were rude and said they just weren’t going to be able to make us happy and they’d give us a refund. However that refund could take 60 days. The guy said he’s have no problem renting it out. So slum lord that just keeps turning the people in and out. After traveling over 14hts we had no choice but to stay there. The lady owner laughed at me when I told her it wasn’t clean. I have a 1yr old walking around and didn’t want her to touch anything.

The view is fantastic, we enjoyed coffee, lunch and just sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. The elevators all appeared to be working and we did not have to wait long periods of time for an elevator. However, the unit we were in needs maintenance, the floor tiles were cracked, the front of the outside of the fridge has a lot of rust, there was a moldy coffee filter in the coffee pot (they say they'll fine you $50 for not cleaning up after yourself, yet their cleaners did not check the coffee pot). The air conditioner needed attention, the one bed squeaked a lot, the box spring is old and needs to be replaced.

Simple Condo
Accommodation needs deep clean. Appliances all old and noisy but functioned well. Several pans needed scouring before use. Location excellent. Beautiful view. Staff friendly.

Great hotel. Not happy with room accommodations.
Family vacation. Hospitality was excellent. Great staff and communication was good. What i was not aware of was how much toilet paper and dish soap, garbage bags and towels and wash rags provided. We stayed for 3 nights. 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 small trash bags, watered down small bottle of dish soap, 3 towels and wash rags, 1 dishwasher cube. I ask about extra toilet paper and they told me i had to purchase it myself. The owner of the condo was not willing to supply you with more then 1. TV did not work correctly and i was told to just leave it on all night to make sure it works. Water slide and golf was shut down also near the pool area. I paid good money for this....

Terrible la habitación sucia, sillas quebradas, alfombra manchada de vomito, refrigerador no funcionaba, fundas de almohadas manchadas y con olor a cigarrillo. Muy decepcionante para el precio nada de luxury tiene aunque nos cambiaron de habitación tuvimos que quedarnos unas horas sentados esperando porque no había servicio 24/7 como dicen muy malo cero recomendado hasta ropa de los anteriores huéspedes encontramos
