Staff is terrible, Kristen with guest services was very rude. The interaction with her alone will keep me away from Hilton properties in the future. Very disappointing. Also there are better parking options elsewhere.

Well for starters. I got the last valet parking on Saturday at 4:47pm. They over booked 2 weddings plus a graduation. They have a huge place but it was so packed it seemed poorly planned. Luckily I got valet. But the self parking is like a block away. This is a property that is a great location unfortunately the hotel is old. The showers and rooms are outdated. The pool is very small. Restaurants could be updated. It has nice views ok the beach.

I paid $400 per night and my room did not have a microwave. Something as simple as a microwave can change everything specifically trave with kids. When i called front desk they said they had just remodeled that area and did not put the microwaves back and finding one was going to be impossible but there was one by the front desk i could use (12 minutes walk). I had to go buy a microwave to Walmart. Staff was not friendly. Only two out the 4 elevators worked. The wait to get on one was crazy. One time waiting over 35 minutes. Reaso why i waited that long was because i we had a wheeler chair.also. some of the outlets in the room didn't work and some were loose . Hard to make anything charge

This is a great hotel on the beach, DD,pizza and BR ice cream across the street Valet parking make it so easy ,$40 a day sound expensive but isn't at all compare self parking. Book a room with breakfast it is a great one. Yes the rooms need an update but very clean, good beds prefect view if you choose ocean front (got upgraded due to Gold hilton member).we are family of 5 this trip we came only 2 adults and two teenagers in one room was perfect for us. I am coming to this hotel every summer for more then 20 years and this hotel worth every penny review needs to be around 9 out of 10. Yes it is crowded sometimes because it is still the hilton and conventions around but if you take it easy your family will love it. Book it with confidence you will enjoy

An elevator wasn’t working on a busy holiday weekend. The valet backed the car into something yellow and did not take accountability. The air conditioning was not working well in the room part of the time, but the hotel finally took a look at it. The concierge or bell person never came after waiting about 40 minutes and when a luggage cart was found from another customer that had used it, the bell man took the cart and DID NOT offer to help and was rude about it. Check out took forever given a very busy holiday weekend.

The hotel itself was nice..big with a buffet for breakfast. There were probably other restaurants but we just did t use it so don’t know how they are. Friday was much quieter with less people and it felt amazing. Comes Saturday the place became crazy…elevators can’t keep up with all the people, buffet had long lines in the morning just overall felt overcrowded. So we really enjoyed Friday! Pool are is great , beach access is great and boardwalk was awesome. We came as a family

There are a tremendous number of hidden fees that make guests feel more like marks than valued customers integral to the running of a successful business. Parking, resort fees, exorbitant breakfast prices etc- almost everyone you come in contact with then requires a tip. And honestly shame on Expedia for advertising much lower prices prominently in order to make customers feel like they’re getting a good deal. I will not be returning to the site or this hotel.

The hotel rooms were very old and out dated. The furniture was peeling and the tub was chipping. They need to renovate the property to bring it up to standards of a high quality hotel. The cost was too hight for the quality of the rooms.

The main issue we had was the room itself. Perhaps because the room was right on the beach the salty air/water caused the fixtures and other metals in the room to be quite rusty. There was a fridge in the room that was an afterthought. It was very very small, not big enough to hold food. I think it was actually a drink fridge. No microwave. It just wasn’t what we expected from a Hilton property.

I stay at this hotel every year while traveling to Florida. It never disappoints!! Every single staff member is so kind and helpful. Beautiful rooms, grounds, and lobby. Each year it seems they’ve added a little more. It gives off the vibes of a private resort. Cute little bar outside, nice pool on the lower level or if you’re looking for a bit more quiet and peace they have a roof top pool as well. Beach access, close to plenty of things within walking distance. Pet friendly, family friendly, and if you’re a woman traveling alone or on a girls trip then this is definitely a place you won’t have to worry about feeling safe in. I would and always do recommend this place.

The overall rating is good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. However, facilities need renovation specially to paint the outside building envelope. Rooms were fine but need an update/ facelift and more modern design.

We went to this hotel for a special occasion and thought we'd get a little bit of luxury. Instead we got a room with windows so dirty you couldn't see out of them, holes in the curtains, old mismatched and scuffed up furniture and a dirty bathroom. Won't go back.

Room safe did not work. Called front desk, no one came to room. Called back and the front desk was erroneously sending a bellhop by mistake instead of security. Neither showed up. Tiny refrigerator did not have a freezer section and was sitting on the floor. Only 1 charging usb port for room and that was in alarm clock that was set at wrong time and couldn’t be changed. Was not informed at precheckin AND checkin of mandatory resort fee charge. If known, we would have taken advantage of the extras that came with the fee. Asked a room service employee for assistance and the only response was the word “Spanish”. I said “help” and his response was the word “Spanish”. Not what we expect or have experience in the past from Hilton.
