It was nice to have a full kitchen but the metal bed frames stuck out further then the mattresses, stubbing toe and shins hazard, the front room was musty smelly, no elevator and not ha ing a staff member on site was very inconvenient at times. Loved the location, the ocean views and the pool.

For what we needed it was fine, we’re locals. However shower soaps on the wall were empty, the shower curtain rod we had to fix it was not tight to the wall just rested on the shower wall. The shower curtain was mildewed. When we walked in the floors were sandy. The bedroom does stay warm since the air is in the living room. Overall for the pool and quick walk to the beach made it all worth it! We enjoyed our time there with friends and family.

TRAVELER ALERT THIS PROPERTY IS FILTHY THERE IS ONLY A NUNBER TO TEXT FOR COMMUNICATIONS THE REPLY FRON THE TEXT WAS A PERSON PRETENDING TO BE SUPRISED ABOUT THE DEPLORABLE CONDITION IN WHICH THE ROOM WAS GIVEN TO US. WE WERE EXHAUSTED AND DID NOT WANT TO TRY AND RENT ANOTHER ROOM ELSEWHERE. I WILL ATTACH PHOTOS. THE STAFF ALSO DECIDED NOT TO CREDIT FOR ANYTHING AT ALL SINCE THEY CLAIMED FROM THEIR INVESTIGATION THAT THE ROOM WAS CLEAN ANIMALS MUST OWN IT

First the code didn't work on the door, and had to use the lock box. I let them know but they didn't care to fix the code. Came back around 9 and no parking. I sent a message and they let me know the next morning there was overflow across the street. The shower leaked too. It would not take much to make this a good hotel.

I will never stay here again nor will I recommend it! There’s no one on sight, everything has codes. Code to front door, code to gate, code to room (which they gave me the wrong code). It was a nightmare to say the least! The one thing positive, and the only thing, is the room was clean. I would not make this motel available on Expedia.

check in was a nightmare. The codes for the door didn't work. There is no one on the property, so we had to wait for texts back and forth. Finally we received a code to a lock box which contained keys. This process took over half an hour. The picture of the unit showed two chairs on the patio, but there were no chairs.

The place was not clean. The main TV does not work the toilet seat. The kids didn’t wanna sit in. It is all chipped up. It needs an owner to go in there and walk around. They need to spend more details and clean the bathroom and cleaning the pool, but all in all we made the best of it

The code we were sent in an email didn't work. Not the thing one wants after driving 12 hours and arriving in the dark and raining. Had to send a text to support to get a new code. There is a lock-box above each door, but it takes a separate code to access the keys. We weren't sent that code in the email. Once we got into the room and and started checking things out we found the bedroom door wouldn't stay shut. The door for the water heater in the bathroom would not stay shut. The floors were dirty. The rugs on the floors were dirty and needed replacement. On the floor in the shower stall is a "mat"??. Whatever it is, It was absolutely disgusting. The windows it the living room area and the bedroom that looked out on the beach were completely clouded over, so you could not see out of them. They only thing we liked in the unit was the kitchen. It was clean. Also the pool and the area around it was clean. Will we ever stay at Coastal Waters again or recommend it. NO!

Great locations steps to the beach.

Great location with plenty of parking. Suite was spacious and clean. Sofá bed was not as comfortable but ok for a small kid. No elevators so keep that in mind as you might have to walk 3 flights of stairs.

Soso served purpose

Quick one night stay and the Inn served our purpose but bothered me I paid $59 for cleaning and place was very dirty my wife put a towel on bathroom so she wouldn’t walk on it. A smoke detector was on floor and dishwasher was full of dishes.

We stayed in room 307 and it was terrible. The keypad lock was gone so there was only the physical key in an old key box on the door frame. So if they send you a "door code" that won't work because the lock was removed. You'll have to text them for code to open the key box for the physical key. That wasn't really an issue though. The issue was the quality of the room, couch, beds, bathroom, etc. The beds are very very old spring mattresses that will leave you either unable to sleep or very sore. Think of those cheap hospital plastic spring mattresses. No A/C in the bedroom so it's very hot. The bathroom feels dirty and has broken accessories like the toilet paper holder. The floor in the whole condo feels mushy like they laid vinyl over carpet or rotting wood. No cable or TV streaming. There is a roku in the living area and some past guests accounts were still logged in so I guess if you luck out from a past guest you may have something to watch. Basically the quality of this condo is that of a really crappy roadside motel. Stay at your own risk.

This property has been renovated but they certainly did it on the cheap side it was surface clean but not deep cleaned. The kids pool was filthy The lounge chairs by the gate to the ocean were disgusting You don’t encounter any person working the front desk or lobby because there is no one so when you have a problem good luck. I would not recommend this property

We never saw or talked with a human! Had one bath towel no face towels! Our spread on bed had blood stains! I sent a picture! Got an I apologize, That didn’t help us with morning shower! Also no soap only shampoo in the shower! Not a bad location, just not managed well for guests

I wish I could upload the pictures I took. The furniture was stained and gross. The place smelled of mold. What was really upsetting was the pictures online were beautiful. Once I walked in the kitchen was a dump. The bathroom was gross. I immediately tried to speak with somebody. I was only able to text. They did offer me another suite. I immediately declined. I just wanted to go home. I wish I could have gotten my money back. It is what it is. I know the place was super cheap for the weekend. I immediately found out way. Do not waste your time and money.

This was the worst stay I've ever experienced with Expedia. I do not recommend this place are comforter, sheets and bed covered in stuff all layers it was disgusting, there was no shampoo or hair dryer. There was no key pad on the door for code I was given there was only lockbox for physical key. I reported all this to contact and sent photos of everything. Including this place had so much damage from what seemed like it flooded , stains on couches and everything we wanted to leave thankfully they at least had someone drop off clean sheets as at first they told us it would be morning before we could get clean bedding so we slept on top of those
