The ad for this property is deceiving you don't get access to the pool to the workout area to the sauna to the hot tub. If you see this listing just know it's only the room and that's it. If you have kids like myself, they were very disappointed that they could not use the pool. I also messaged them months ahead of time and never received a response back.

The Experience overall was a good one, I would have liked to have known that the pool was down and green and disgusting they don't even pick the garbage up out of it. I don't know why the inside pool and spa were not up and running but they were not. They say it's because of the storm that we had quite a few months ago but the Hard Rock Cafe hotel and a few other hotels had their pools beautifully kept. The room could have been cleaned better but the host has no idea what the room looks like so that's not her fault we couldn't Park our trailer in the parking lot like the host said we could we had to spend an extra $100 to go store it somewhere because we were there for bike weekend and we hauled our motorcycle with us. I've been in many vrbo's in the last few years and this was definitely not the best but also not the worst.

Walk to the beach!

Overall this was a good stay. Unfortunately the complex management did not communicate well with the owner to let them know that construction would be happening during our stay. Therefore the 2 open pools were closed and our balcony was blocked. The host quickly made arrangements for us to stay in a different suite with balcony access. Very accommodating and it made the trip a success!

Bad communication

Very disappointed in Sonia, she was very slow about getting back to me. Didn’t let me know anything about the pools and parking garage being closed. Didn’t fart our check in information until I was on the road headed down. Room had an musty smell. Not enough towels for a week of staying. No direct access to the beach. One of the doors to the outside had a board instead of glass. No card key access. Two of the elevators were not working. There was no work being done to make any repairs to the pools. Very disappointed in the entire stay. Never heard from the agent once I arrived. One of the desk clerks was rude. She was a large black lady. Three of the lights in my room were out. The property owner should be ashamed of the appearance of the property. All the adjacent properties had people working on them. I’m a contractor and have to admit that I’m pretty sure me or my friends will never come back to this proxy. The air conditioning sounds like it’s on it’s last leg.

Nice unit, wonderful view!

The unit was lovely with most of the articles needed for our stay. Comfortable beds! The ocean view balcony was our favorite part. Heavenly! Great restaurants nearby and Publix super market across the street.

Granny Getaway Daytona Beach 2023

Three friends and I took off for a relaxing weekend of sun, sand, and surf. Our condo had the perfect oceanfront view. The pool and bar were steps away from the waves. The hot tub was fabulously warm and relaxing. We had a great weekend!

Nice place to stay

Nice, clean place to stay. Four bath towels, wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and 2 beach towels for two adults were provided which was nice. I do wish there were a couple more towels available but there is a laundromat on the premises but sometimes you don’t want to spend your vacation doing laundry. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal: pots, pans, plates, bowls, forks/spoons, spatulas, microwave, coffe pot, refrigerator, stovetop, salt/pepper, etc.. The outdoor pools were nice but the indoor pool was closed for repair until the last day of our stay which is no fault of Sonya’s. We were able to enjoy the hot tub one day of our stay, the indoor pool was too cold for just being filled and opened. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there due to it’s location, cleanliness of Sonia’s room, and ocean front private little deck you have to sit and enjoy the beautiful scenes of Daytona Beach! Thank you so much Sonia!

This studio condo was awesome. Great beachfront, Oceanside balcony. We woke up early and watched the sun come up over the Atlantic Ocean. Super market right across the street. This end of the strip is quite and great for family. Property owner was very responsive.

Absolutely perfect beach, location and facility.

We walked 8 miles of the beach and felt our view and beach was the best. Perfect sand! This was our first Daytona visit and we fell in love with it. The condo was comfortable and close to Publix and Walgreens for quick food options. We want to come back again in the near future.

Daytona Beach Resort was a fabulous place to stay .. wonderful amenities throughout the resort . The staff was on top of everything .. I wish they would have been able to offer Beach Chairs but I guess that’s Daytonas job .. Local restaurants and bars are within reach as well as a shopping plaza for essentials..

I would highly recommend this unit!

Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Love sitting on the private balcony looking at the ocean. Nice little kitchen has everything needed to make a simple meal. Outside pools and inside pool and hot tubs were great! I would definitely rent here again!

Such a great stay!

The location is great! The room was nice and simple, yet had everything you would need for a weekend or week long stay! The beds were clean and comfy, the amenities were awesome, and the balcony overlooking the beach was nice to watch the sunrise as well! I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway! I would definitely book this room again in the future!
