This luxurious condo offers a fully stocked kitchen, free password protected Wi-Fi, and a panoramic view of miles of wide, sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. Fully furnished with dishes, cookware, fresh clean linens, towels, 2 HDTVs, appliances, washer/dryer, utensils, and more! Step out onto the private balcony to listen to the waves and enjoy the view- especially the sun rises! You can also see the Daytona Beach Bandshell, Boardwalk, and Ocean Walk Shoppes from your balcony.

Runaway Moms Trip

This was an annual mother’s trip for me (Benita) and 4 of my boy mom friends, 14 boys between us. No kids, no significant others, just us moms enjoying Fl in our own ways from reading books, dining, shopping, beaching, to simply sleeping in. Ocean walk never disappoints and this condo was simply perfect. The managers were so easy to speak with and kind and helped make our mother’s trip another fantastic experience. We look forward to next year!

Our stay

The cleanliness of the place was not great it had a horrible smell, so we had to buy cleaner and clean and spray everything down. Beds are a bit small and hard. Hot water was a big problem. Unless I let it run for 30 min or longer, it was not hot at all to shower. I tried not to bother the owner because there was really nothing they could do. We have stayed at these vrbos for years and never had such problems. The cleaning supplies such as broom and vacuum are horrible and no dustpan. Small bug issue behind the stove we sprayed for them and didn't see them again but enough to make you a little uncomfortable at first so we did not leave food out on the counter at all

Vacation Rental

We love working with Joe and Mandy and the variety of units they offer.We know it is a rental and the furniture gets abused. It was pretty gross. There were a few little ant like bugs in the kitchen, hairs on the floor in the bathroom in the corners, quite a bit of dust on walls, ceilings and FANS. The location of the unit is one of our favorites though. Just wanted you to know. Looking forward to our next visit. April

Family Vacation

The resort is our favorite by far. The view is spectacular. There are even daily activities for guest to participate which we come across when some rain redirected us to one of the indoor pools. Our vacation was cut short due to a hurricane that was in coming but our host was quick to reach out and offer an early checkout for the safety of their guests. That is service at it's finest. I would love to rebook this unit again.

The condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Love being near all the shops and restaurants. If I could add anything it would be to make available a couple of fold up chairs so we could bring them to sit on the beach. Cant wait for next years stay.

Beautiful view

Loved the view and stay! Didn’t get to see dolphins. Sunrise and sunset was beautiful. Rained 2 nights but only for a couple hours. Access to the pools and hot tubs. The restaurants that we’re connected to the hotel were great! Ate at the wings and taco place twice! Communication was great with the host and even stayed an extra night. Will be back!

Wyndham condo review

We were traveling with a dance competition group, so there were a lot of families in our party. We had a chance to see other properties at the Wyndham. This was a great geographic location for us, as far as closeness to the Ocean Center, fantastic pool facilities, great beach front food/drink service, and oceanside balcony. Joe and Mandy were mostly responsive to my messages within a day. I will say that the specific property probably needs some updates for the price of the property. Room doesn’t appear to have had a makeover in a long while. Other properties we saw had granite counters and updated furniture for the same price we paid. Would have been nice to have at least 6 large bath towels instead of the 4. Had a few minor issues with appliances as the fridge has some water leaking inside and the air conditioner went out one day- the building maintenance came up to replace a part. Overall it was fine for the week but maybe would try another property if returning.

Unit was as advertised, no surprises. Communication with owner was great. One small issue, that owner took care of right away. Who ever he used should definitely get acknowledged for the time they spent delivering our pillows Would recommend this place

Amazing views

The place is absolutely beautiful, yes is a bit in the older side, but they keep it clean and the condo has all the basic needs, including a dryer and washing machine which is a plus, when traveling light and with teens and kids. The views are amazing, every one woke up early just to sit outside and look at the glorious sunrise, the heated pools were heated, I say this because we have gone to places were it says heated pool, and they meant heated pool for penguins, because they were frigid… the weather was in the cool side, but my kids were able to enjoy the pool and slide, and they were many people using the hot tub, so I suppose it was a good temperature. I did wish they had also heated the kids pool… The location it’s great, just a walk away from stores, restaurants and fun things to do with the family. My family and I enjoyed every minute of it, we would definitely love to stay there again. We didn’t have any problems with parking.

Great property

Location is great, amenities were great, condo is cozy, beds were uncomfortable though and it was picked up but not very clean ex: there was dried poop on the toilet seat but I had brought Clorox wipes so we cleaned.

Property is as listed. Location and view are wonderful. The washer was broken when we were there for the owners were responsive and offered other means to wash clothes. Was very busy during 4th of July week. If you want to sit by the pool you better get there early!

The property was nice the furniture was outdated and broken down. The pullout mattress has mold on bottom and could not be used and the beds were not real comfortable. The washer did not work however we were given use of another room from the property manager.

Nice location

The property location was totally awesome. Right on the beach with amazing views. The inside of the condo was neat, for two people it was just fine. My only knock on the actual condo was the bedroom furniture needs to be updated, pretty bad. The A/C did go out, but I called the property owner and it was quick to be repaired. Mandy was very nice, and even checked back in with us to make sure it was fixed. The actual property was pretty good, but the check in / check out is a disaster. Worst ever. You stand in one long line, then they tell you that you need to go to another desk, and no one is there. It's a mess. That was the only really bad part. Bars and pools looked nice, didn't get to enjoy.
