Home was comfortable and as pictured in the VRBO listing. Juan was very responsive and accommodating. My family especially enjoyed the pool and lanai. The only recommendation I would add is maybe provide things like trash bags, dish soap, condiments/simple spices (like salt and pepper)…just a few of the usual things until guests can get to a store. I would definitely book with Juan at the Majestic Vacation rental again.

My daughters first trip to Florida,,,,

This was going to be memorable for my daughter, her husband, and my grandkids due to the fact it was their first time going to Florida, so I had to find a place they will always remember. After 2 months of looking at multiple sites, resorts, and online chaos, I found this diamond out of nowhere. Its truly what the pictures are. The home is far enough away from the tourist chaos, and quiet for the warm Florida poolside nights. This is a future stay for sure. The home is exactly the pictures that are online. Its clean, spacious, nice sized 5 foot deep pool. Theres a grill to use, and pots and pans to cook up whatever anyone desires. I have traveled for many years, and never have I seen a home this large without bugs or hvac issues and something. Here, only bugs in the home were a couple dead flies in the window sills. Ac worked amazing in late July. What else can I say, except I will be back!

July 4th Family Bond

The property was very roomy and clean plus the outside pool/hot tub also the game room that was a big plus and I must say Mr Juan help answered all my questions/concerns THE GAS GRILL AWESOME…. We recommend this property and we will be definitely booking this exact home again before the year is out…. Plenty of room and an awesome owner Mr Juan

Family Vacation

Property was exactly what we were looking for! Pool was great, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Place was nice and clean. AC worked great. We spent 14 days there and enjoyed it! Kids loved the themed bedrooms.

Had a great experience with my family. The owner was great. We had an issue with the TV and he sent someone out within an hour and the following morning there was a new tv installed. Very clean, nice bedrooms and the community pool and hot tub was bonus

Relaxing break from winter

Very happy with our house choice. Juan was very responsive. Home was as advertised. Pool was warm and ready to use. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Great for walking. Would vacation at again. Loved the billiard table

Nice home

This villa met all our needs for the family.There was plenty of room for us to be together or apart. The beds were very good all had memory mattresses which meant a good nights sleep.The pool area was nice with plenty of sun or shade. We had a couple of minor issues but Juan responded within minutes and all were resolved the same day. The villa was in a good location away from the crowds but still only 35minutes from the Disney parks.

Beautiful, nice, clean home

This home is very beautiful, clean, and spacious, the manager is very responsive to any of your questions you may have. The location of the home was not my favorite, it took us at least 25+ minutes to travel to each destination besides providence golf course was like 5 minutes down the street. Besides that, this home was everything and I would definitely stay again!

Cheer/Dance Competetions

We were in Florida for a total of 17 days for cheer/dance competetions. The house was perfect for our group We had two teenagers a 7 year old and a 2 year old. The house was perfect for all ages. We enjoyed our stay away from home. Juan was very receptive when I had a question and answered quickly. The worst part of the trip was the guards at the security gate. Neither the day time or 2nd shift guard were at all friendly or willing to help with the process. They were actually very rude. Other than that we had a great trip.

Perfect place for adults and children alike!

We had a wonderful time staying here for our spring break trip with our family and friends. There were 10 of us in total and the house met our needs perfectly. We especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space! The kitchen was well stocked (we couldn’t believe how many pots and pans! :)), and the washrooms were stocked with our immediate needs as well. The house was clean and obviously well cared for and Juan was incredibly quick to respond to any questions or concerns we might have. Our kids all enjoyed the use of the games room and the pool, while us adults made good use of the covered patio outside (those fans were perfect on a hot day!), and the spa in the evenings. The clubhouse was just a short walk away and we enjoyed the use of the beach volleyball court and checking to see if we could spot the gator in the pond! My husband also enjoyed the use of the gym. Overall we would highly recommend this home for anyone looking and we would happily book here again!

February Get Away

The house is located on a court in a quiet neighborhood. The pictures don't do the interior justice. The backyard is beautiful and quiet with plenty of birds and wildlife to watch. Juan is excellent to deal with, quick to respond and resolve minor issues that popped up. This was our second visit and would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful Home for families

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home during the Christmas Holiday. Beautiful gated entry and nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed all the house had to offer from the game room to the patio and pool. Very spacious and perfect for families. Thanks to Juan for answering every question in a timely manner. If you’re looking a place to stay don’t hesitate to reserve, you won’t be disappointed.

Disney trip
