Absolutely amazing house!!!

Booked this location for my 60th birthday with the “girls”. We hardly left the house because the rooms, the decor, the patios, the views, the location, the property manager - - everything was of the highest standard!!! We did find shopping, breweries and restaurants close by. The pictures are reflective of the house, but the real thing is even better. Communication with property manager was excellent!

I think this was the first property I’ve stayed at where the photos don’t do it justice. It was such a gorgeous house with plenty of room to spread out. I loved sitting on the long window seat reading while it rained. It was also nice sitting out on the front porch enjoying the view of the river. I really appreciated the extra touches like bath salts, plenty of soft towels, and snacks in the kitchen. Owner was very responsive to questions and helped us with suggestions of where to eat. Would definitely stay here again.

Porch Perfection & Peaceful Vibes

We were in the QC with childhood friends for a weeklong golf trip. The house couldn't have been more perfect for us. The porches were perfect for early morning coffee and early evening cheers. The view of the Mississippi River is perfect from the house and the porches - it really allowed us time to enjoy and appreciate the river. Located near the East Village was walkable to great places to eat. The house was really perfect and absolutely met our needs. The kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, dining room all of the spaces were great! Our host was responsive and easily accessible. 100% recommendation!

Magnificent Home with Superb View

Our family stayed in this home to attend a Memorial Service for a family member. The home was beautiful, the views of the Mississippi are spectacular. There are many places to gather, both inside and outside. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and very comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious. The host was welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Dream Come True

Kara's house was fantastic in every way. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The view, overlooking the Mississippi River was impressive. The location is central to all tha QCUSA has to offer. Six members of my family slept there; while 18 others hung out. Plenty of room, indoors and out for everyone to be together. Kara was super responsive to our needs.

Riverfront Beauty in a Victorian Setting!

Beautiful all around! Victorian home on a hill is deceiving until to walk in the door and see a perfectly renovated home with great views throughout the front living areas both upstairs and down. Spotless, every amenity you could need, large rooms and several patios make for a true luxury home on the river front. Our stay was too short to truly enjoy this property fully,,.we will certainly return!

Another great experience in this beautiful home.

We have stayed in this home many times before and always had such a great time but it has always been in the winter. We stayed here again in June and the house was more beautiful with all the flowers bloomed. They even did some renovations to the inside that made it even more elegant. We really recommend this house for the beautiful views and the comfort of the inside of the home. The host is always there to make sure your stay is a very pleasant one.

Beautiful house with great view of river and sunsets

This is our 4th time staying here. The house is very clean and very spacious for our family. We just loved seeing the sunset every night and the view of the river is so beautiful. We loved our time here. The house always smells so good. The host is great to work with and always very responsive when needed. It is close to every place we had to go in Davenport. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Very beautiful home

This home is so beautiful and has been our home away from home for several weekends now while my daughter had dance competitions. Beds are so comfortable. Has all amenities that you would need. The showers are all great and lots of water pressure. The view of the river and morning sunsets are absolutely beautiful. The host is always available and very attentive to provide you with the best stay. The snack bar adds a very nice touch and the drinks in the fridge.

Great Weekend in Davenport

Could not have asked for more!

From the moment we arrived, we were delighted with every aspect of this beautiful home. There is SO much room, and only 3 of us, but we found a way to enjoy every single room, as well as the two outdoor areas. Kara's communication prior to the visit was outstanding, and we felt extremely welcomed by the state of the home when we walked in. It was perfectly convenient to everything we were doing in the Quad Cities, and we only wished we could have stayed longer to keep enjoying such a beautiful property. Thank you for helping to make our girls' weekend so perfect!

Exception! Fantastic! Highly recommend!

Amazing property. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beautiful views of the river from the large picture windows or the two porches. Easy access to downtown Davenport, the East Village and Bettendorf. The attention to detail in the preparation of the house and the decor was better than any Vrbo my family has ever visited.

Beautifully appointed historic home

I was blown away with how beautiful this home was. The beds we’re comfortable. Plenty of towels. A master shower and bath to die for. Across from Rock Island, having coffee and listening to revelry was just awesome on the wide front porch. I honestly can’t wait to visit family and stay here again.
