«Nice view of the beach. It was a LONG walk to our room from the elevators. We definitely got our steps in, since we were on the complete opposite end of the bldg. Studio Apt was nice but exactly that. If you need space amongst your party this isn't the rental for you. It was very clean and fully stocked of any appliance you might need. «The building was run down and needed a lot of updates. It didnt seem very welcoming. The room seemed clean when we first walked in untill you started looking more closely. The couch is DISGUSTING! stains all over it. We had to put sheets on it in order to sit on it. The one bedroom had lamps which both didnt work. Both bathrooms had hair and the whole place was grungy. The owner had lots of rules that they dont disclose BEFORE you rent the room. Parking is 40$ a night. Save your money and go ...

«The room appeared clean until we actually started paying attention. The towels were not white they were dirty and dingy and had not only hair in them but 2 towels had dead bugs. The tub was dirty and had a black film around it. There was a stain on the toilet that we ended up cleaning. I did not like the fact that we payed a host fee but was required to leave the place like we found it (empty the trash and take it down to the dumpster etc) check in and check out were easy to follow and the kids ...

«Very close to the beach. The property has a pool also. Views and gulf breeze from either side of the property. Very responsive (like in minutes)! So easy to deal with. Extreme relaxation vibes in the whole area. No elevator but the stairs kept me on track with my fitness lol They also provide reading materials and I really appreciated it. The place did accommodate all 6 quests. We can’t wait to return!»
