The space
The bedroom is very comfortable with air-conditioning,hangers,closet and the living are that has smart flatscreen Tv that can be connected to internet wifi also good for Netflix.The sofa bed is place in the living room that can be use by watching tv. Dining table are attached on the wall also suitable as workplace.
Kitchen has the basic things you need, like rice cooker, electric cooker, microwave, mini Refrigerator, heater and utensils.
Also the comfort room especially water have good water pressure with hot shower, and hair blower attached on the wall.

Other things to note
The listing can only be booked for a min. of 3 nights. (If its booked just for the 3 nights the utilities will be for Free)

Additionally, If it is booked for a min. of 6 nights the utilities will also be Free

For reservations of more than 6 nights however, The guest must pay for their electricity based on the meter reading or how much you consumed within the stay. (This includes the per week and monthly stays).

Monthly or more than a month stays are negotiable 'only for the payment of the stay' but not the bills for utility (this means the bills for the consumed utility ea. Electricity, water etc. is non - negotiable.)

Deposit for utilities is required P200/day to be collected on at check-in reconciled at check-out but for more than a week otherwise P2000/month.
Plus P1000 deposit for damages.
This deposit will be returned providing no damages or missing items found at the check-out.

The internet on our small island of Bohol is usually very good,but may go on/off at times due to infrastructure issues affecting the entire province. Therefore we do not guarantee 100% uptime as the telecom is out of our control.
