«The staff needs a reality check in customer service. Overall, just rude and unprofessional. The only kind people we encountered were the ladies staffing the breakfast area in the mornings. Most front desk staff acted inconvenienced when approached by a guest. Guests are usually vacationing and the last thing they want to deal with is an unhappy Employee. »

«Terrible!!!!!!! No hot water and no help what so ever. Asked kindly for compensation for the inconvenience and nothing. Apparently it’s my problem. Not being able to take a shower and how they are cleaning linen and the kitchen with cold water doesn’t sound very sanitary to me. »

«I spent several days here with my 21 year old daughter. We enjoyed drinks and lunch by the pool and enjoyed the live music on the beach at night. The property is at a perfect location on the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. The trolley stops just steps from the parking lot. The room was less than wonderful though. The walls are very thin, so you hear voices from both the hall and the adjacent rooms. The windows do not open and there was no bathroom fan so the room was humid and ...
