Both bedrooms are positioned near the entrance, each featuring a queen bed, soft furnishings, and storage for a clutter-free stay. The bathroom is centrally located with a separate toilet for added convenience.

Just across the road, a fifty-metre swimming pool and one of Darwin’s best deep-water swimming beaches add another layer to the lifestyle, while the Foreshore Café offers an easy option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. As the sun sets, the area comes alive with a vibrant mix of food vans, creating a relaxed and social evening atmosphere by the water.

Additional features include a comfortable study nook, a dedicated carport space, and a full laundry with washer and dryer. Access is via stairs only, with five flights leading up to the apartment, rewarding you with privacy and uninterrupted outlooks.

Please note that free-to-air TV channels are currently unavailable via the antenna but can still be accessed through the Smart TV. Netflix and other streaming apps are also available, with guests required to sign in using their own accounts.

A mid-stay cleaning fee of $170 for every scheduled clean will be applied to reservations with more than 14 days of stay. The mid-stay cleaning includes change of linen, light cleaning of the property, and checking for any issues that may have been incurred during the stay, and this will be scheduled every fortnight until you check out. A mid-stay cleaning fee will apply and will be charged separately, through Airbnb.

Alternatively, if your stay is 28 nights or more, you may also opt to cover the cost of deep clean instead, as deep cleaning is required after a long-term stay. The deep clean cost is $350. This will be accompanied with a monthly property check done by the team.
