    My trip was very satisfactory except i had some problems with my stay at MAIN OLDE BELLEVUE HERITAGE HOTEL where I checked into with my family.I booked two deluxe rooms but the rooms were not as impressive and cozy as it seemed on your website.Number of staff members were very less in number so it takes more time for the staff members to execute our orders.Moreover not much security system is there my younger son's watch was stolen from our room and the hotel manager John was very reluctant about this matter. Another major problem is that ,there is no restaurant facility in the hotel so it becomes very difficult for the tourists to go out for food every time.Though the hotel tariff is very high but stil things are not up to the mark and so many major problems are there.

    Hotel did not had electricity for 3 whole days.

    Hotel did not had electricity for 3 whole days causing great discomfort to my dad (75yrs old). I would have imagined that the hotel would have generators like other in the neighborhood had. Clearly amiss from the hotel authorities to check their facilities and provide basic support.

    The staff is helpful polite und excellent, restaurant has a good atmosphere with a lot of antiques. The road in front is very noisy but you dont hear thay with closed windows.

    MANTRA IS - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

    This hotel has the best location perhaps in Darjeeling. The view from our room was wonderful. This hotel is perhaps being run as a guest house without any restaurant, only tea coffee is available. However, the location is so good that the moment you step out, you are in the market with everything available, including restaurants, bakeries, et al. The staff is very co-operative and would willingly get anything form the market, at beck and call. Minimal and old type furniture are a bit disappointing. Our room was a wee bit noisy since it is located on a busy street. Very good value for money.

    Wir haben mehr erwartet

    Wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer gebucht und man versuchte und als erstes ein Zimmer mit Blick auf eine Mauer anzubieten. Nach Reklamation bekamen wir angeblich eine Suite, aber nur die Größe des Zimmers würde meiner Meinung nach einer Suite entsprechen. Die Einrichtung war sehr einfach, der Teppichboden war sehr dreckig und es gab leider auch keinen Heizer. Wir haben sehr gefroren.

    Over priced discomfort

    Heritage read falling down. As is often the case the pictures on many booking web site pages including Hotels.com totally misrepresented the hotel having been taken many years ago. Booking on line is always potluck in this regard. As it was the start of the monsoon and raining cats and dogs so the room was cold, dank and dark and leaked like a sieve. The electricity was off for 3 days due to some local natural disaster involving trees and the hotel did not turn the generator on until it was pitch black making for a dismal experience. It was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience but as they seem to be running at 100% occupancy and obviously making a killing despite the season the problems were all our fault

    エクスペディアのホテル詳細と現状はかなり差があります。まず「インターネット無料」とありますが、インターネットはありません（ホテルの人はバウチャーを見て笑っていました）。レストラン、ヘアサロンもありません。パーキングも駐車する場所は無いと思います。ルームサービス、ランドリー サービスは、手配も可能かもしれませんが「基本的にサービスはせず、部屋だけ貸します」とホテルの人にはっきりと言われました。

    Not too bad

    Stayed at this hotel for a total of 6 nights during my stay in Darjeeling. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and hotel is in a good location with great views! However barking dogs at night can be a problem (ask to stay in the lower section of hotel) especially if your a light sleeper and 3 of the nights I had no hot water. This can be expected in Darjeeling or India so did not bother me to much. Overall not bad, I booked ahead fearing there may be a shortage of accommodation at this busy time of year. My advice don't book ahead there are plenty of accommodation options, go to a local travel agent or ask the locals where they suggest, they are very welcoming.

    Horrible! They haven't internet, it's noisy, not clean, dont speak english, and some employees werent nice

    ホテルの入り口はチョーラスターに面していてわかり易いが、バススタンド等からの上り坂がきつく、たどり着くまでに相当疲れる。連泊しても翌日のベッドメーキングはしてくれない。部屋には冷蔵庫も湯沸しもポットも無いため、寒い時はいちいちルームサービスを頼まなければならない。窓を開けておくと夜部屋（特に風呂場）に虫が沢山入ってきて不快。部屋の鍵が南京錠ひとつなので、出かけるときには貴重品を置いて出れない。部屋がフロントからさらに高いところにあるため、眺めは最高だが、出かける度に部屋へ戻るのが大変だった。値段は安いが、それなりのレベルだったと思う。

    Darjeeling Hotel

    I reserved this hotel for my daughter and her friend. They said that it was a real treat for them. The hotel staff were very helpful in helping them with trekking information. It is well situated in Darjeeling and that is a plus as well.

    Pleasant, old hotel

    We had to climb steep stairs to get to our room which contained a separate sitting-area and a large bath-room. Room-interior a bit spartan, but OK. Magnificent Himalaya views.
