Centrally located, it is only 3 miles from I-10 and a 5 minute drive to downtown Daphne. It is walking/running distance from the Daphne Pier at May Day Park and less than 15 minute drive-time to downtown Fairhope. While being centrally located, this oasis creates a pleasant and peaceful escape as it is hidden away in the woods on over an acre of land, complete with a creek running through the property. This luxurious home features large rooms and high ceilings. The living room and master suite feature floor to ceiling windows with beautiful views of palm, magnolia, and oak trees. Renters can enjoy 50” televisions in both the living room and master suite. The living room also has a couch that pulls out into a queen bed. The master suite is peaceful and spacious with a king bed, a futon that pulls out into a double bed, its own dedicated workspace, large walk-in closet, and spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin top bunk, double bottom bunk, and twin trundle. It also has shelves full of toys and books for children. The kitchen provides a second dedicated workspace with a desk looking out to tropical views. The house is fully stocked with board games and a game table and chairs for 8 people that can be used for game night.

The backyard is a pleasant and peaceful escape with a double decker deck, patio furniture, firepit, and hammock all available for use by renters.

This house is handicap friendly with only two steps at the entrance of the house, no stairs within the house, grab bars in the master bathroom, and a shower seat in the master shower.
