Well as soon as we walked in we should had known that there would be problems. The smell of bleach. The loud people. Opened the door and immediately found Mo refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, broken microwave. I called the front desk and 30 minutes later we still hadn’t gotten a response. So I called the 800 customer service explained the situation and requested another room. So we were moved across the hall to a room that called itself “premium” what a joke! Bathroom door was in bad shape some were patched and part was broken. The towel rack was missing off the wall. Soap/shampoo dispenser empty.
The vending machines were completely empty, complimentary water refrigerator was empty. And the breakfast was a joke. Waffle maker should be condemned the Teflon coating flaked off into the batter. During the night the refrigerator defrosted and water was all over the floor. I’m stopping now but the list could go on. The “Plus+” should be taken off the name of facility.
