«The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet. The lobby was very clean. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds were very well maintained and it was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast and coffee were very good with lots of options.»

«Room was new and clean even though the outside was a little dated. Definitely stay again»

«The hotel is nice. However I made the reservation through Expedia and selected a room with bathtub/shower combination. It's what I paid for..however we were given a room with a shower only and the clerk said none were available. Again I reserved and paid for the bathtub/ shower specifically for my wife's needs. I'm disappointed»

«Clean, friendly, and very nice breakfast. Building was pretty.»

«The property was very nice and staff were friendly. The breakfast option, purchase only, was highly priced especially for the quality of the food. For example, a bowl of oatmeal was almost $10! Apple juice was $7. For two people, we spent $34. That’s ridiculous. That is why I rated our stay okay.»

«The room was clean staff was friendly but I feel like it was meant for workers .. our hall way smelled like marijuana a lot of screaming through out the night will not stay there again»

«Reviews online were obviously fabricated. Room was very dirty. Stains all over the wall. Carpet was disgusting. Beds were definitely not queen's. Elevator was out of order, which made it very difficult for my husband, who is handicap, to get up the stairs. Asked for more towels and was told that we had to return our dirty ones before they would bring us more. Said that we would have had to physically bring them down to laundry before we could get any more. Will never stay there again.»

«Room was nice and comfortable, lots of clean towels refreshed daily. The breakfast is ample but could be better. Nice location and we very much enjoyed our stay!»

«Conveniently located right off the interstate»

«Todo muy limpio y amables»

«The room was very clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good! The coffe machine was amazing! Will be coming back!»

«Dated but clean. Many places to eat nearby»

«The hotel is in a great location. It is clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was very good. There is a fire feature in the center of a very beautiful sitting area. They have a pool. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning.»

«Excellent location, clean & maintained property, helpful staff. The only area for improvement is more options for breakfast, mainly for vegetarians.»

«Fantastisk liten by. Nær Gatlingburg»

«Hotel is in a good location. Room was very clean and smelled great. Young lady at check in was very helpful. It is located very close to the walking trail which we love. Breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. There were lots of dogs staying there but I never heard any of them. My only complaint (and this is not the hotels fault) was there were young kids next door to us that were very loud--I was going to call the front desk but they finally were quiet enough that I got to ...
