"I went with 2 teenage boys and my hubby, it's not a big hotel but its very nice, it has a pool, restaurant and bar on site, right opposite a grocery shop. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. The hotel is situation in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from all bars, restaurants and a little further down you have the river and all shops. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at BC Spa Hotel. There was a broken chair on the balcony, so I contacted reception and asked for it to be replaced. Shortly afterward, a hotel staff member entered my room using a key card without knocking or announcing themselves first. This was a serious violation of my privacy and made me feel unsafe at the hotel. I immediately reported the incident to the hotel manager. They apologized and agreed to complete Expedia’s refund request...
