The property manager, was helpful and check in was easy with a key pad on the door, but that is where the the good report on this property ends.
The house itself was a huge disappointment and overpriced.
The listing is misleading. There is no way the house could sleep 18 if you needed it to, there were barely enough bed linens for the 12 we had. The property manager had to buy us towels because there were not enough.
It is not clear that the extra fees for guests/pets are PER night. At that much extra per head, you had better be providing the necessities such as towels for those people. The pricing is for a premium rental property and in no way represents what you are getting
Walking into the house, it felt like someone had been squatting there and left before we arrived.
The kitchen is poorly stocked with equipment - 9 mismatched, plastic plates for a house that could sleep 18, a table that only seats 6, etc. The house is dated. It was dirty rags in the laundry machine, a laundry hamper on top with someone's laundry, food splatters on cupboards, a hookah (really?) in the kitchen and random collections of old toiletries, broken objects and hair in the drawers and under the sinks. A nail sticking up in the middle of a stair tread. A jacuzzi tub in the master is not the same thing, and should not be advertised, as a hot tub.
I find it hard to believe that the 5 star reviews were from actual guests. We were in the area for a wedding, should have booked rooms at a hotel in Austell
