Disappointed: Reviews are appreciated for feed back but this is totally SAD not truthful... your opinion IS YOURS, since you are another host trying to hurt my business,, WHICH LOOKS LIKE since we are in same area. As another host , we catered to all your needs. You lied about towels , which management brought you more. Then we received a email stating that you've seen them and they were there , you apologized. The house is as advertised since there's 50-plus pictures on the VRBO site As far as somebody squatting that is totally outrageous. There is items in the laundry room for the cleaners not for the guest. What is for the guest is the several baskets of extra Linens which are labeled Queens flats, Queen fitted, pillowcases,, EXTRA BLANKETS ETC Now to address your comment in regards to the kitchen not being fully stocked. There ARE" air fryer, rice maker, 16 to 20 plates, 10 bowls Plus at least 10 small plates plus a wine cabinet that has glasses and at least 20 plus glasses ... There were over 15 towels and we brought you ate more due to the false statement you made As far as it cannot host 16 guests. The amount a number of guests is based on how many will allow. When some people book the property they book it on the grounds if they have an event etc. So some will stay in some won't. That's the amount of guests allowed per reservation. We show and notes what is all in the property from beds, chairs, couches etc. You are very aware of what was noted.. Then to state that the prices were for an upscale location. The property is called Zen country for a reason, we do not state that it is a premium property. And premium is like Beauty in the eye of the beholder. A lot of people love our property. We have over 55 reviews. Plus prices change during seasons, events Etc. As a host you know that. We do charge after a certain amount of guests. You do on your properties. This review and scoring is laughable We went above and beyond, only thing you mentioned was towels to our company, other than that you did not call us about anything else. You're scoring is totally false and sad. Your review is very disappointing. I don't know why you would put such a horrible review down. Besides you are another host in the same area trying to hurt someone's business. Your type of guests we don't want at our location.
