They let me amd my family book the property and upon arrival after a 8 hour drive we were told it wasnt available. I had my wife and 5 children traveling with me. It put a damper on all of our scheduled events i had planned. No email no call no nothing. I was informed it wasnt available at the place when i arrived.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for these issues encountered with your stay. Unfortunately the credit card used to book the property declined. Although our team attempted to reach out the last minute nature of your booking seems to have made connecting impossible. We are also unable to collect money outside of your booking site and as such the reservation could not be completed. Again we do apologize for the inconvenience and do hope to be able to host you for a future stay.
