    ✔Quiet Hour: Be respectful of full-time neighbors – quiet hours are from 10pm -7am everyday. No outside music or noise ever

    ✔Pet : We allow well behaved cats and dogs.

    ✔Parties and events are not permitted.

    ✔A high chair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request, and an additional fee may be applicable.

    We allow well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 pet per stay for 30 day stays). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.


    Please note that there is a penalty of $300, if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us.

    Starter Kit Provided Only:
    For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of basic essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and dish soap.

    For longer stays, guests will need to purchase additional items as the starter kit will not be replenished during your stay.

    Towels & Linens:
    We provide a limited number of bath towels, hand towels, and bed linens at the start of your stay.

    Please be aware: Extra towels are not provided, and we do not offer mid-stay towel or linen refresh services. For extended stays or additional needs, guests are encouraged to use the in-home washer and dryer.

    We cover up to $250 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest

The home itself was great and totally sufficient for what I needed (I was booking for a few of my colleagues who needed to be in Dallas for a work project for about a month so a rental property seemed more comfortable and cost efficient than a hotel). My interactions with the host were less than favorable. The host is not a person, it's an LLC. They pressured us into paying a separate security deposit that was not originally listed. At first they insisted that it be paid via Venmo or Zelle, but VRBO policy does not allow this, so eventually they charged me this via VRBO. We did not cause any damage and we had the home professionally cleaned before we left, but they have not offered to return that "security deposit" or given us an explanation of why it was kept. All in all it worked out, but I found communication / policies less than ideal.
