This is a two story home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms

- Downstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms
• Bedroom 1: (1) Queen size bed
• Bedroom 2: (2) Full size beds + (1) office desk w/ (2) chairs + Full size futon (linens not provided)

- Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom
• Bedroom 3: (2) Full size beds
• Bedroom 4: (3) Twin size beds + (1) office desk w/ (2) chairs + Full size futon (linens not provided)

• 2 car garage (accessed via the alley behind the home)
• 2 more cars will fit in the driveway outside the garage
• Free street parking
• Please park as many cars as possible in the garage and the driveway to limit cars being parked on the street. Also do not park in front of a neighbor's mailbox.

📌 OTHER IMPORTANT INFO
• There are no shared spaces, the entire home including backyard is exclusively for your group and the check-in process is fully automated using our smart lock.
• Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all standard consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

⭐⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐⭐
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

• Our house max is 12 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of how many are staying the night.

• Check-in is from 4:00pm to 10:00pm. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM sharp as cleaning staff will arrive to prepare for same day guests checking in.

• We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.

• We do not allow pets at this home. There will be a $250 fine for bringing an unauthorized pet.

• This is a home, not a hotel. There is no on-site staff and we cannot provide 24/7 support. If an issue arises, message us and we’ll take care of it as quick as we can.

• This home is meant for quiet, respectful enjoyment. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

• A City noise ordinance is in effect 10PM-7AM. Bluetooth speakers are NOT allowed at this home due to the excessive noise they cause. We have a noise monitoring device installed in the property that will send you and us alerts if it detects excess noise and/or crowding.

• This is a non-smoking home including the garage (including e-cigarettes / vaping). A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove odor if this rule is broken. Smoking can only be done outdoors.

• The use of illegal drugs or the practice of any illegal activity on the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If this rule is broken, it will be reported to the authorities and you will be required to immediately vacate the property.

• Please clean up after yourselves, bag all trash, and replace any moved furniture to the way you found it. If cleaning is required above and beyond a normal cleaning, the extra cost will be passed onto the guest.

• If any personal belongings are left behind, they will be kept for 24 hours after check-out. After that time, they will be thrown away.

• There will be a $250 fine per night for exceeding our guest max.

• Please note that while our pool is generally crystal clear year round, no refunds will be given if the pool is unusable during your stay. Some things are just outside of our control.

• Pool Hours: 7AM-10PM

• Use of the pool is done at your own risk and you agree to hold Hosts harmless.

• Cancellations on Vrbo bookings will incur a 4% credit card processing fee withheld from the refund.

By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay.
