As several visitors said, kind of run down but they’re supposed to be renovated in 2025. The few staff menbers were very friendly and eager for the upgraded facility! Basic breakfast buffet included. Mattress on the pull out couch was uniquely uncomfortable. You could feel every spring. If you need the extra bed, (and aren’t too big) leave the cushions on the couch, put sheets on them and sleep on the pretty comfy cushions.

I was told I had to pay extra to check in before 11 AM and I was in town for business. So I could not wait until 11 to check in. When I did pay the extra money to check in, the employee did not give me back my drivers license, and I did not notice, because I was handed several things. When I got back to the hotel, after concluding my business at 4 o’clock, the room phone rang, and I was informed that my ID was at the front desk. Had I been stopped by the police for any reason I would’ve not been able to provide ID. The overall condition of the building was slightly rundown and the bathroom was sorely in need of an update.

Paying to Park - Pathetic! This is a hotel on a freeway not in a central downtown or resort area. Charging extra for parking is a blatant money grab and not something I have seen before in an outlying location.

The facilty was ok. Staff was very friendly but we had 3 false alarms going on in early morning including my room at 5 am. We were not offered sny compensation.

The good: Great location right off the highway. Safe neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing. The could be better: no lotion provided. Small living area furniture. Dated furniture.

Great staff old hotel
The front desk and cleaning service were great. The hotel itself is dated. The HVAC unit is so loud I needed to cool the room down and turn it off to sleep.

We really appreciate the "suite" feel with 2 bedrooms and kitchen/living area in between. However, this hotel is very dated and seriously needs a deep cleaning. Bathroom floors were not clean and neither of my doors would close (to my bathroom and bedroom) Tried to get towels every day but it was difficult getting someone to bring any...had to go to the front desk to get them.

Reserved my room and they wanted a deposit but the 3 forms of payment they wouldn’t accept. 2 different cards and cash. It was a 50$ deposit. I even told them they could keep the cash. Needless to say I didn’t get my room. 3 days later and of course I’m waiting on the money to hit my account. Which I knew. So I Diane even have the 150$ I paid for the room to go and secure my next room. Worst night ever. And the receptionist even looked suprised when it checked me in with out the card on file. Wouldn’t accept 50$ cash but called her manager to figure out how to check me out and put me on the streets smh. Trash service

Lumpy mattress.
I did not expect the $12 a day charge for parking! The mattress was lumpy and in need of replacement. There were only two towels and I requested one from a cleaning lady that was outside my room vacuuming. She said she would bring one in 20 minutes! She never showed up!

The rooms smell of dirt and humidity, the carpet is sticky because it is so dirty and the sofas itch because they are so dirty. A lot of humidity in the rooms and with a bad smell.

Customer service was nice. The hotel itself is outdated, my family can see dust, the door does not look secured (I put a chair by the door at night, didn't want to change room for the second time), toilet has water coming out, and there are no sheet cover for the sofa bed as you need to ask the receptionist. Seriously, this is the first time I had this issue. Not sure how they have these ratings. The good things is their location were closed to where I want to go and they are a few minutes from In n Out. Will not be coming back.

Great place to stay!
The room was great - very clean and had everything needed to make a short or long stay perfect. The breakfast ranks among the top tier of all hotel breakfasts. The only drawback was that it had to be accessed from only one direction and for people unfamiliar with Dallas, it was not easy to leave for meals or any reason and be able to get back without driving a considerable distance.
