The definition of a mixed bag. Firstly, I was checking in with a service dog. The manager seemed to panic when I said this. I informed him that he was a mobility service dog. That seemed to make the manager happy. He didn’t ask me if I had a copy of the Dog documentation. I informed him that that was illegal to ask for, and that I have it in my car. He looked at me very strangely… And almost puzzled. And then he said “oh I am only asking because we have to have it on file you know?” in which I informed him that that was also illegal. Anyway, got to the room and it looked nice. But there was dirt on the toilet. I went back to the manager, and he inspected it. He then gave me a new room. Which was good. And I was happy with that. Overall, the rest of the place was clean. It was just made unnecessarily awkward. The shower was also cold, but it did heat up after leaving the water run for about 10 minutes.The breakfast was fine. The breakfast room was very clean and nice. Options were limited, but not bad. Better than I expected. Coffee was delicious… I’m gonna admit that.
