Spent 2 nights here in September. The room was overall clean and there were no airborne odors, but there were spots on the top comforter that smelled like body odor. That makes me think they’re either not washed after every use, or someone does wash them but then holds them with their armpit. But there was also a spot on the armchair that smelled like BO too, where someone might’ve been resting their arm…
I also slipped and fell in the lobby on wet floor because there was no wet floor sign. I got a big bruise and had a hurt knee the rest of my stay so that was a bummer. My guess is someone had just swam in the pool and dripped out into the lobby. There was no formal process to file an incident report so I was handed the manager's card. I misplaced it for a while and now it's been long enough that it doesn't really matter.
The hot tub was out of order, but the pool water and the pool room were nice and warm.
