This house is a gem! The location in Arlington is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy both Dallas and Fort Worth. The 5-bedroom layout was spacious and comfortable, and the 4 bathrooms were a major plus for our large group. We loved the backyard setup with the putting green, hot tub, and fire pit, and the game room was a fantastic bonus. It was well-stocked with all the essentials. Ken was quick to respond and a breeze to work with. A 5-star experience all around!

Host was excellent! Any questions we had were answered right away. The house had plenty of room for our party of 8. The house had all the amenities we needed. We wanted something close to AT&T Stadium and it was only a 10 minute walk.

Beautiful house and space. Highly recomended if you are traveling for Cowboys or Rangers game, walking distance. Ken responded to every message in less than an hour or faster. Was accommodating when we asked if we could check in early. My only small suggestion, and I imagine Ken would oblige, is the 10 am is a bit early check out9i, especially after a Monday Night Football game! Very happy with our visit and folks in Dallas are the definition of Southern Hospitality!

This home is the nicest rental we have ever stayed in. The photos and description in the listing were accurate, and the house was very comfortable. We opted to stay an extra night so we could enjoy it longer. There was a problem with the internet during our stay, but the owner, Ken, handled the situation quickly. We will definitely return to this property in the future, and highly recommend it to others.

Our family of 7 stayed at the home 4 nights! It was well stocked, comfortable and clean. Ken & Trudy were wonderful hosts. We loved the little touches like the coffee creamer and other condiments as well as the selection of spices in the kitchen. The make-up towels in the bathrooms were a touch of class! Thank you. What a wonderful surprise to find this hidden gem so close to Globe Life and the AT&T stadiums. This spacious house accommodates up to 12 people with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths. The excellent floor plan and decor is beautifully designed which makes you feel like your home. Loved the game room upstairs and the patio area in the back with a big putting area to play. The neighbor hood is quiet and safe. Our host, Ken, quickly responded to our text message and came over in minutes to help us with gas stove. We really enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend you staying here or at one of the other properties. You’ll be glad you did. We will definitely be renting again in the future. Thank you for your gracious hospitality and kindness.

Spacious and centrally located

My daughter’s swim team was competing at the Arlington ISD athletic center 5 minutes away from this house which made it a perfect home base for her team. Ken was very communicative when I reached out for clarification. While there could be more pots and pans in the kitchen, everyone raved about the comfort of the beds and how great the living spaces worked for our group of 10.

Eagles game winning against Dallas

The house was perfect for us to walk to the football game. I made a slight mistake with the dates and the host was as helpful as possible and easy to communicate with. The home layout is amazing and we would definitely stay there again if we visit Arlington.

Perfect house!

8 of us stayed here while traveling for the Morgan Wallen concert. The house is conveniently located to the stadium and within walking distance. The house was perfect for our group! There is more than enough room to hang out. It was so nice and clean and had anything and everything we could need!! Quality home with nice ambience

Perfect for gathering with family and friends! Great furniture/layout. Details and upgrades in each room. The kids had a blast in the bonus room - movies, billiards and karaoke. The adults enjoyed spacious outdoor area and open kitchen/dining area. Loved the attention to details (coffee bar) and other small amenities. The property manager was a delight to w have with also.

Such an enjoyable place to stay!

This home was just perfect for our mix of family! Several adults, a teenager, two school age kids, and a 2 year old all found this home suitable and fun! Lots of fun activities for everyone, from the gameroom to the backyard activities, we all enjoyed staying there. We attended a concert at very nearby ATT Stadium, went to a nearby park, and utilized food establishments close by. Loved this place and would definitely book another stay! The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to my questions. Thank you to the hosts for opening this home for our family to stay!
