Hotel staff is friendly and responsive but the property is quite dated. Walls are paper thin and you can pretty much hear all your next door neighbors conversation. On some nights the shower didn’t have enough hot water.

First, the customer service was poor. No greeting and the man was rude whenever I approached him with a question. There was used soap and a used towel in the bathroom from the previous person which is gross. Thirdly, there was a roach that came out of the shower drain and when I told them, they said “well this is the south.” Lastly, the hot tub NEVER got hot and the pool was ice cold. I don’t see how this place got a 8.5 rating in 2020 because they really deserve 5 or lower!

The spanish girl was really rude at the front desk that worked on Friday 3/1/24. The pull out sofa bed was not clean, they did not accommodate Us either or switch rooms. The hall way smelled like dog urine, and some yellow stained towels were sitting in the hallway for 2 days straight. The outside is nice.

3 days at La Quinta Inn
When we arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk was very nice. We got our room and the room smelled very musty and unclean. I went to the front desk and asked for another room and he said no problem. The second room was much better it was clear and it smelled good. The beds however are hard. They have a nice variety of channels on the TV and plenty of hot water in the showers. The indoor pool was big but it wasn't heated, the pool was ice cold. The hotel has breakfast from 6am to 9am and it was good. It consisted of scrambled eggs and sausage links, also you can make yourself waffles as well. Overall it was a good stay for the money.

We had to change rooms due to the first room having a horrible odor. Once we were moved to another room, we attempted to turn on the TV and it did not work. Not clean. Had to clean myself. Very noisy. Do not recommend.

I was there for 3 days and a car was broken in and the shattered window glass was never swept up. The safety lock on the door was broken and the front of the a/c was filthy. It looks like this property is going downhill fast!
