They left our family with kids stranded in the middle of the night because they had given our rooms to someone else while we were still starting with them! We reserved from April 5th through 9th. We checked in on the 5th. We drove to see the solar eclipse on the 7th and came back on 8th. Then we found out they had checked us out and our rooms were given to someone else. We did not check out on the 7th and still had door cards with us. They kept lying that we came and checked out at the front desk, which they didn't have any proof to show At midnight, after driving 500mi back from AR, we didn't have our room and with 4 young kids our two families were left with no option or help from them Not even a single apology! When we showed our reservation they knew about the mistake on their part but kept on changing the story to claim we checked out. Utterly disappointed and will not recommend this place for anyone

Upon arrival Told my reservation had been cancelled by manager? I was receiving daily messages from Expedia that I had an active reservation? Never heard from the hotel of a problem until our arrival? Also notice of wearing face masks and sack lunch? Was not true????? Online stated breakfast started serving 6:00 not true not until 7:00 and not sacks for early departure Whole experience disappointing!

We require each reservation to be authorized for the 1st night Room & Tax at the day of arrival in order to validate the reservation since we have a 24 hour change/ cancelation policy. Any reservation which do not fulfill this requirement are auto cancelled. Our breakfast hours are 6am-9am Mon -Fri 7am -10am Sat/ Sun Our full hot breakfast is back vs the sack breakfast with a muffin & apple. We are so sorry if you were misinformed at time of your reservations. I do hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.

The “night manager” was rude and unwilling to help ourselves or the other guest who had problems with the stay. The manager in the morning who appeared to be the main manager appeared irritated that we wanted to voice our frustrations. The pool hours are incorrect on Expedia as well and don’t be surprised if they close it before the closure time because the “night manager” doesn’t have access or know how to close the pool.

I’ve stayed at a few hotel in the DFW area and I must start with the La Quinta Inn staff. One word, flawless. Amazing customer service from greeting to assistance w/ any necessity needs. Breakfast was always served fresh and never ran out, no matter what day of the week it is. Gym area was tidy and clean; shoutout to those who also used the gym and actually cleaned behind themselves. The experience was overall amazing and I will keep them 1st on my hotel trips back to the area.

This hotel is nice.... however our room had cockroaches and one crawled over my wife's face while trying to sleep. Cleaning staff didn't clean our room one day and had to ask for more towels which took a while to deliver. It is a pretty nice hotel in spite of what issues we had...just wanted to put this review out there to let people be aware of the roaches

Jacob at the front desk was a ray of sunshine, his breezy smile made my day. The beds are ok, the pillows fair, the bedding fair. The rooms are HUGE, we had a king suite and it was so spacious. It is very noisy during the night due to the distribution warehouse next door. If you are sensitize to that then I would give this one a miss

I was kept up all night by guest on the floor above me! Until 4 in the morning! When I finally decided to call the front desk and complain the phone in our room did not work and I had to call from My phone. Almost 45 mins later finally the running and slamming doors stopped. Probably because they finally went to bed and not because front desk did anything.
