The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances, premium cookware, and complete dishware sets—everything you need for cooking at home, from quick breakfasts to full family dinners. A dedicated Nespresso coffee station is provided for the perfect start to your mornings.

Guest access

You will receive a personalized door code prior to arrival and will have access to the entire home and backyard.

Other things to note

Security Deposit: Depending on account history, number of reviews, communication tone, details shared in guest messages, past rule violations, we may a fully refundable $500 security deposit.

Event Hosting: For celebration events involving temporarily invited guests, an additional event $300 fee will apply.

House Notes & Safety Reminder

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that:

- Children are always supervised when using the pool, bunk beds, or outdoor areas
- Guests use caution around the pool and wet surfaces, as they may be slippery
- No diving or running around the pool area
