The hotel is not upscale , no complimentary breakfast. You have to buy an additional package. Rooms are older no upgrades. It puts you in the mindframe of a Days Inn. Good view staff cleans well. This location is downtown there are a lot of homeless surrounding the hotel once you step outside.

I do my fair share of traveling and this by far has been the worst experience with a hotel. Spent over $400 on this booking and had a last minute family emergency. I did my due diligence and called 24 hours in advance to cancel and request a refund. They flat out just said “no, we can cancel your reservation but you will not be getting a refund”. So beware of that people…

Our room was nice and convenient for visiting with our family members who had come to help us at hospital and the restaurant was very nice for breakfast for our 8 family members. It was about 10 minutes away from Baylor Hospital

A lovely hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff for dinner were absolutely miserable and even worse the following morning for breakfast. We decided not to use the restaurant again

Considering the high price, I was not happy with being told the rooftop area would be available to guests for the eclipse, then told upon arrival that it was closed for a private party. Then there was the difficulty of getting basic towel service - staff told us they couldn’t find any clean washcloths at all. The room was small and basic and not worth the cost. Generally disappointing visit. I expect something better from a Hilton.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. A young man named Jerry was working the desk when I checked in and he was so efficient and kind and exactly the type of person you hope to interact with especially when it has been a long day. He was a great "face" to your hotel.

Will not stay here again.
Room cleanings were nothing more than making the bed emptying trash and providing towels.Bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Received 3 towels but only 1 wash cloth. Entire floor reeked of marijuana the entire stay. Uncomfortable bed.

The valet employees and housekeeping employees were great! Everyone was friendly EXCEPT the 2 gentlemen at the front desk at checkout. We brought some issues with the room to their attention but they just wrote it down. No apology, concern etc etc. I even commented to them about their lack of concern. Because of this, I am giving a lower rating.

Broken down roach hotel
Room was freezing so the compressor wasn’t working and the guy who had to come up and fix it after 10 pm couldn’t speak English but used his phone to translate. A roach was crawling over my comforter on my bed and the toilet seat broke. i will not stay here again ! They offered no refund or discount.
