*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed. Fee of 250 will be charged if smoking happens on the property.
*A propane tank is provided for your convenience, but we do not guarantee that it will be full upon arrival. Guests are responsible for purchasing or exchanging propane if additional fuel is needed during their stay. We do not provide propane refills or reimburse propane purchases.
