Only valet parking for $48.00 per night. You will have a hard time if you don’t use their parking and they know it. Booked room for 5 persons, but they charge you if you take more than 2 small water bottles. Asked for cotton swabs they sent two bottles of water which I didn’t take but was charged $8.00 though. Hotel over rated and breakfast is very modest.

Front desk was not professional. When call for reservation was not professional. Lack of employee, very bad service , when checking, there is no one at front we waited for almost 25-30 minutes. There were 4 different people checking in. Will never take this hotel ever again. Our about were messed up because of wrong payment. Ever again.

Despite indicating in the reservation we made on Expedia that the hotel had parking, this is not the case. It doesn't have it, don't believe what Expedia says. The hotel charges you $45 for the valet parking service and it is the only option you have. They charge you a supposedly refundable fee but you can only pay with a credit card. The room was ok but when it was time to take a shower we realized that the shampoo bottle was empty so we had to wash our hair with shower gel. In general, the service from the woman at the reception was poor, very bad customer service. and I definitely would not stay here again.

Great stay. I did a Solo trip and this hotel was affordable and clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff in the lobby were very friendly. I did not get the name of the young man that works the lobby and young lady with a fabulous Afro but they definitely are amazing and have great energy.

I had a conference at 3:30 pm. Check in was not until 3 pm. I arrived at the property at 2:30 pm. I could not find a parking garage for guests of the hotel so I called the front desk, and was told that the parking garage was for valet only and that my only options were to wait for valet or use public parking about 2 blocks away from the hotel. There was no mention of this on the hotels page. By this time it was already 2:40 pm. I waited in line for the valet until 3:15 pm, and the valet line, which had at least 10 cars in it and was so long that I was forced to block a lane of traffic in order to wait in line, did not move for the entirety of the 35 minutes I waited. It was forced to leave the hotel and go directly to my conference. Upon arriving back at the hotel, I was met with the same issue that I had earlier. I waited another 45 minutes in the valet line and only one car out of the eight that were in line was taken to the parking garage. Again, there was no mention that valet parking was required in order to have your car in the parking garage, and I could not risk leaving my only means of transportation in a non guarded public parking lot overnight. I had too many valuable things in the vehicle. I was forced to drive an hour and a half back home because I could not park my car safely, and the hotel has a no refund policy. I can only imagine how many people have been scammed by this hotel. This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life.

Reception staff was unfriendly. I had my room paid, they tried to charg again. This part might also be related to Expedia system - but during the time the staf working to resolve the situation, i was treated like i'm doing somthing wrong. This was same with Expedia staff that i chatted. Then, get into the room (finally) Toilet paper at the washroom had brown stains on it! if anyone wonders how - i have the picture. And finally, room thermostat is not working. i'm at the merch of a foulty thermostat throughout the night - it could be cold, or hot. i don't know. what's more frustratiing then this is - i was told they new that there was a problem at the floors that i'm staying at the time of my check in. there's no super intendent - engineer - or mechanic to come and check the system. I'm a returning customer to this property with regret! I'm also not happy with expedia experience.

The hotel was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and filling every morning. The hotel was very quiet. There were times my family and I felt like the only ones in the hotel. The only downside wasn't a ding on the hotel at all. We had to pay for parking a block up (or use valet) and there was a number of homeless and begging people around the entrance to the hotel. Some of them tended to get aggressive. Other than that, great experience in Dallas.

The hotel is very nice and clean . It however is very noisy with street. Traffic could hear it all night and morning.

Our room was surprisingly small. There was a mechanical room next to us which seemed to take most of the internal space. Traveling with two adults and a child, room was too small to move around. Bathrooms by gym were very dirty. I reported this to breakfast people and it was still bad several hours later. Nice breakfast and area.

Hotel was nice. Valet parking was extremely expensive per night and it was through a third party. There was an open public parking back behind the hotel but no security really.your parking at your own risk.you also have to walk back around the block to enter the hotel. Very inconvenient with the weather conditions.
