This beautifully updated home features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 6 comfortable beds — 2 king beds and 4 queen beds — giving your entire group plenty of room to relax.

The open-concept living area offers an oversized sectional, Smart TV and plenty of space to gather. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a large dining area, making family meals and group dinners easy and enjoyable.

Several bedrooms feature Smart TVs, and dedicated workspaces provide convenient options for guests working remotely or staying for an extended visit.

The backyard is designed for both relaxation and entertainment.

Enjoy your private swimming pool, unwind in the separate private hot tub, or spend the evening relaxing under the string lights.

The covered outdoor entertainment area includes an outdoor TV, dining area and comfortable lounge seating, making it a great place for morning coffee, outdoor meals, watching the game or spending an evening together.

The home has 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious primary bathroom with dual sinks, soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Traveling with an electric vehicle? We've got you covered.

Guests have access to a 40A Level 2 EV charger in the garage with a 25-ft charging cable and J1772 connector, making it convenient to charge your vehicle overnight. Tesla/NACS vehicles may require the appropriate adapter.

For added convenience, the home includes two washer and dryer sets, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspaces, multiple Smart TVs and generous indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Whether you're coming for a family vacation, Cowboys or Rangers game, concert, business trip or weekend getaway, you'll have a comfortable home base with plenty to enjoy without even leaving the property.

Spend the day exploring DFW, then come home to swim, soak in the hot tub, watch TV outside, enjoy dinner under the covered patio and relax together under the lights. Please take note of the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

1. PARTY and EVENT are NOT allow. A party is any gathering that exceeds the number of guests listed on the reservation, includes excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or invites people not included in the booking. This includes loud music, large groups of people, unauthorized events, or any activity that disturbs neighbors or violates local regulations.

Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal by law enforcement, cancellation of your stay, and no refund. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property, with a maximum occupancy of 12 people.

2. PARKING: Guests may use the two garage spaces and two driveway spaces, for a total of four designated parking spots. Additional street parking in front of the house is available if needed. Avoid blocking driveways to maintain good neighbor relations. Non-compliance may lead to towing at the owners expense.

3. Check-in and Check-out:

*Check in time on or after 4:00 PM

*Please remember that check-out is on or befor 11:00 AM. The home is large inside and out, requiring 4-5 hours of cleaning; To ensure a smooth transition for everyone, kindly plan to check out by this time, as our housekeeper arrives at 11:05 AM to prepare for the next guests. Note that unapproved late check-outs may incur a fee of $250 per hour. Thank you for your understanding!

4. NO GLASS is allowed in the back yard, and near the pool and hot tub.

5. SMOKING
Smoking is NOT allowed. If there is evidence/smell of smoking inside the home, there will be a $1500 fine.

6. Pet Policy:
Dogs are allowed, maximum of 2 dogs up to 75 pounds, for an additional charge of $75 per pet per stay. Please clean up after your pet. No pets on furniture or beds. Pets must be supervised at all times. Do not leave them alone in the home.

7. Property Maintenance:
Please refrain from taping or sticking anything to the walls or ceilings as it may cause damage. Confetti or glitter of any kind are not allowed inside or outside the home, or around the pool or hot tub. Additionally, the lawn service company comes on Thursdays. They have access to the property’s back yard to ensure proper maintenance.

8. Trash and Recycling:
Trash and recycling are collected on Mondays and Thursdays before 10 am. Please bag the trash and place it at the end of the driveway on the grass between the road and the alley for proper disposal.

9. TV:
While we do not have regular cable, we do have Smart TVs, which can be used with your own account or any other personal streaming account during your stay.

10. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Please respect all furniture to ensure it remains clean, attractive, and comfortable.
