The staff is unaware about the horrible condition of this motel. The lady at the front originally issued me room 312. I get to the room, and the door propped open. The bed has been laid in. Dirty towels and linen on the floor. The window was wide open, as if someone was entering into the room from outside. Room smelled like smoke. I immediately requested for another room. I get #322. The shower was horrible. The shower door opens in the shower, you get wet attempting to cut on cold water. The shower faucet leaked over the door onto the floor near the toilet. The AC unit cover, fell and almost hit my friend foot. This is the worst motel/hotel I ever stayed out. You need to remove them off your list. I only stayed there for two hours. I couldn't take it anymore. I left and went elsewhere.

I didn’t care for checking in at all because there always seems to be a problem locating the reservation. It never fails so that was a disaster but otherwise the stay was decent although the hotel itself could have been a bit nicer

I like that it was close to the area. For the price it wasn’t worth it. Soon as I came into my room it smelled and there was a dead roach on a dresser by the table. Staff was also very aggressive and watching us closely

Very friendly very clean only thing room next room very noisy couldn’t rest I work a lot of hours. Need to be careful who you rent the rooms to and I could smell. They were smoking some kind of drugs and that’s not good. Thank you for your service.

3 rooms booked
Will not book again. Not happy with customer service, requested to have sheets changed in one room as they were dirty, one of the rooms smelled really bad, another one the door would not close properly. Rooms were never once cleaned during our stay. Management said that they would get all of the issues taken care off addressed and cleaned and that did not happen at all.

Never again
This was one of the filthiest hotels I have ever stayed at. I do not believe they are cleaning the rooms as we booked a total of 4 and they were all dirty. The hall carpets look like a crime scene. I'm not even going to talk about what I saw in the shower. Im still processing that experience. With OU and UT playing along with the fair, we had no other option but to stay. We all slept fully dressed in clothes we burned when we got home.

Host had to keep repeating herself because she spoke very low and would get frustrated. Once we finished paying we stood there for about a minute and she says “why are you still here?” We had no idea we were done. Just made us uncomfortable. Never told us how to get to our room even though we could figure it out.

I’ll be honest. From the min I walked in the door, I didn’t feel too welcome. The room wasn’t really clean and someone smoked it clearly before I got there. They just threw out towels and soap. I highly doubt they actually cleaned the room.

No breakfast was served. No coffee, no nothing. The bathroom was dirty with only two medium and two small towels to take a shower. The heater/ac machine spread dust. The filter need to be changed. People from the other rooms were too noisy.

The lady at the front desk at night was the rudest person I have ever came across at a hotel. I called and asked if they had a alarm clock for my room and she said you should have brought your own. I then asked for a wake up call and she hung up on me. I won't stay there again.

Don’t waste your money
They don’t tell you until you check in you need 50 cash deposit. They are worried about if you smoke in the rooms but once you walk in all you smell is weed. the Elevator is only for the 3rd floor. Water smelled rotten shower had mold all drink and snacks Machines was out of order will never stay again

The signage needs to be better both inside and out. With other hotels in the area, I was not sure I was at the right place until my reservation was found. While the room was nice (a bit dated...but at the price who cared) the bed spread and sheets had spots on them because they were tired and worn, but do doubt they were clean Maye updating the linens would give the rooms a fresher, cleaner, and less dated look.

You have to be playing with me
Getting straight to the point. Rented 2 rooms 1. Under one mattress found an adult toy that goes in many parts of the anatomy 2. They switch the room and new room is flooded. Front desk solution: here are some towels go ahead and soak it up 3. Had to extend stay one additional night Was told I had to check out and come back at four to check in again..(after I already had a confirmed reservation) 4. Catalytic converter was stolen from work vehicle overnight. Do I have to say anything more…I have been a business traveler for over 12+ years and never in my life have I had suck a horrible experience..
