«This was a great stay. Very modern. Location seems far from town, but is very easy to access via local train and very convenient if you want to see the Miyajima (there is also a ferry from DT to Miyajima). Onsen is mixed gender and provides bathing suits for guests. There is outdoor and indoor bathing options. The restaurant is one of the best meals we have ever had. A very special, multi-course dinner that is included in the hotel stay.»

«Terrible place. Very dirty, black mold in bathroom and some sleeping room. Very bad service: i didn't get the code for the door and no reception even though I was there at 7pm (supposed to be open until 8pm). I tried to send messages, call but not much help to get, poor english and they didn't seem to care that I was locked outside. Finally I got help from someone passing by in the street who got the door code for me. I'll rather stay at the hotel from The Shinning than staying in this dump ...

«Perfect location and great customer service!!»

Stor boblebad for god avslapning. Alt i alt et fint hotell.»

«Rooms were clean and staff were very kind and helpful. Beds were a bit hard for my taste but weren’t bad. Rooms are smaller than American rooms but still nice and met the necessity. Breakfast was tasty and cost 1100 yen if you chose to eat. They offer both traditional Japanese food and also western foods. Coffee was very tasty.»

«Grei enkel frokost. Nær til fredsminneparken.»
