The Chill

Step inside to an open-concept layout featuring a spacious kitchen and living room designed for comfort and connection. The kitchen includes a wine chiller, ice maker, and standard coffee pot — everything you need for your stay. The living room’s large windows offer lake views and plenty of natural light, while the cozy seating and TV make it an inviting spot to unwind.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the main level:

Master Suite: King bed, office area with lake view, luxurious soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Guest Suite: King bed and private bath with walk-in shower.

Soundproof Guest Room: Queen bed and enhanced soundproofing for those who enjoy late-night gaming or streaming.

Twin Room: Two twin beds, perfect for additional guests.

Hall Bath: Standard tub/shower combination.

Each bedroom, except the twin room, includes a TV.

Upstairs is the ultimate Chill Zone — featuring a large sectional sofa, TV, pool table, and arcade game.

The Thrill

Outdoor living is where this home shines. The spacious front deck welcomes you with seating and a porch swing. Out back, you’ll find a huge deck with two outdoor swinging chairs, a dining area, large gas grill, and a mounted TV for watching your favorite games. The fenced backyard provides room for your dog to roam safely, and the hot tub offers the perfect place to relax after a day on the lake — or any time of year.

Down by the water, enjoy a private dock with a screened sitting area and ceiling fan — a relaxing space to watch swimmers or soak up the scenery. Easy-entry steps lead into the water, and a small fire pit nearby adds a cozy evening touch. An additional side gate allows easy access for paddleboards or kayaks. The owner’s boat remains on-site, but there’s ample dock space with cleats for guest boats.

Location

Chill & Thrill Lakehouse is located off Highway 34 in Dadeville. By water, you’re near Holiday Shores, Harbor Pointe Marina, Bluffs Daiquiri, and The Landing at Harbor Pointe, with Chimney Rock and Chuck’s Marina just minutes away.

By car, you’re approximately 5–10 minutes from Dollar General, Lake Martin Grocery, Niffer’s Place, and Oskar’s Café.

It’s only 30 miles from Auburn University, making it an ideal stay for sporting events, graduations, and campus visits. The home is also just 2.5 miles from New Water Farms, a popular venue for weddings and special events.

Seasonal Water Level Notice:

Lake Martin water levels are managed by Alabama Power and typically begin lowering in September or October, depending on rainfall and annual water management decisions. Levels generally start rising again around March 1st each year. During the off-season, water depth at docks and boat slips may be lower during that time, than shown in summer photos.
