Hoteller nær D'Art Center

«We stayed for our honeymoon before embarking on our cruise to Bermuda out of Norfolk. The port was very close to the Inn. The Inn is beautiful and so romantic. The area around the Inn had several options for dining. The walkable area was so romantic with its old architecture and cobblestone streets. I would love to come and stay longer and experience their restaurants and the city of Norfolk. I would highly recommend the Inn to anyone wanting a place that is not a big box type hotel. If ...

«The queen size room was large and modern. The bathroom and shower were also very large and modern. The only thing that I could find wrong was that there were no drinking glasses and the coffee maker didn’t have enough coffee pods. The main downside was the lack of friendliness at the main desk .»

«Nice Hotel, with good service and friendly staff.»

«Bra opphold. Fine rom med fult utstyrt kjøkken. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personale. Kort gangavstand til sentrum og Ghent. Treningrommet var lite med dårlig luftkvalitet. Litt støy fra Brambleton av.»

«I needed a place to stay that was central to a Celebration of Life event. This hotel is located in Old Towne Portsmouth, close to Naval Hospital and Navy Shipyard. Its a very busy area. The room was dusty with dust on all the less used surfaces. Soft sheets and fluffy firm pillows. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. «Stayed here for 1 night, and it was great! Clean and fresh. The straff was helpful and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again:) »

«Convenient location.»

«I didn’t feel particularly safe during my stay here. It was LOUD at odd times in the halls (like 4:45 in the morning) and it smelled strongly like weed in the halls, the lobby, outside the hotel doors. Water was hot and water pressure was good, and bed was comfy enough, but I wouldn’t stay here again.»

«Upon arrival my room was clean & the temp was very comfortable. The staff was helpful on check in. However on checkout the person helping was a maintenance worker who didn’t know how to change my payment form. Breakfast was ok. It was what was expected from a complimentary buffet. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again.»

«The hotel overall was dated. On the second night of our stay we found bugs in the bed and around the room. My husband shared a video with the front desk staff. She was kind and did promptly move our room. She assured us we'd hear from the manager. The room we were moved to smelled like garbage. We attempted ro speak with the manager prior to check out, but we're told she was unavailable. To date, we have never received any outreach or concern. We will not recommend this hotel or return.»
