Wonderful staff! I was able to leave my suitcase here while I went on a 5-day trek and they had the suitcase in my room when I came back.

Very close to main city square and just down from Marriott so that tells you the neighborhood. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Held my suitcase while I was on my 5-day trek. Allowed me wait in lobby for 3-hours after check-out until my tour company was to pick me up.

Excelente hotel en todos los sentidos. El personal fue muy atento y accesible en todo momento, además que las habitaciones son muy cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta, ya que en menos de cinco minutos llegas al centro de la ciudad. Muchas gracias al personal por esta bienvenida a Cusco.

We, a family of 4, stayed 4 nights with one day gap when we went to Machu Pichu. Hotel was clean, staff very courteous, and ready to help for anything that we need. Staff made our stay pleasant. We stayed in family suite, ideal for those traveling with kids. They had availability and were able to check us in couple of hours earlier than the actual check in time. We were able to store our bags in their storage room when we went for machu Pichu. Beakfast options, ok. Best part is location, we were close to the main attractions and within walkable distance to dining options, shopping and attractions. We won't hesitate to stay here again or recommend to friends.

Highly recommend staying here! The staff is so wonderful and kind. They accommodated us when we needed to change plans last minute and stored our bags for us when we did overnight trips out of the city. The breakfast is included and is good. The rooms themselves are clean, tidy and just as they appear in the photos. The location is definitely 10/10. It is walkable distance to almost everything in Cusco. The patio is beautiful, especially at night. Highly recommend staying here!

The room and the furniture are very old, they should remodel the bathroom because it is ugly. It has 3 poorly located and worn power outlets, for those who work remotely like me it is not recommended because it is uncomfortable and far from the table.

Great place to stay for the price, location, and quality. Friendly staff, great breakfast, and steps away from all the action of the plaza. Great place from which to jump off for adventures around Cusco. Only downside: it was easy to hear folks in the hallways coming and going.

O hotel é muito bom!
O hotel é muito bom! Localização maravilhosa, café da manhã gostoso, equipe super simpática e prestativa! A recepção é bem aconchegante e é um bom lugar para aguardar antes de ir para o aeroporto. O quarto é grande e bem equipado! Eles oferecem água, chás e cafés o dia todo sem custo adicional! Fui surpreendida positivamente. Eu me hospedaria novamente!

Excellent location and staff. We stayed before and after our Inca Trail trek. When we returned our luggage we stored at the hotel was waiting in our room. The hairdryers are mounted to the bathroom walls and don’t work very well. The front desk was able to give me a different one to use that was much better. Breakfast and breakfast attendant were awesome.

Excellent location near main square in Cusco. Only 15 min from airport. Once at hotel you will be able to walk everywhere. Bonus - breakfast is included.

Excelente servicio a una cuadra del centro !!!
El hotel está súper bien ubicado a una cuadra de la plaza de Armas , la atención de todo el personal y la limpieza fue excelente. Mi único comentario es que me tocó en habitación que daba a la calle , hay un un bar a un lado y los fines de semana se escuchaba ruido (a pesar de tener doble ventana), el personal nos ofreció el cambio de habitación y la atención fue genial. Por último recomiendo contratar la habitación con el desayuno incluido , es muy práctico porque para los viajes a Machu Picchu, Laguna de Humantay , Montaña de 7 colores sales muy temprano y ellos te preparan un lunch previo aviso .

This was a great place as a base for my many excursions outside of Cusco. They staff are unbelievably kind, and always ready to help. They helped me get taxis on the street, order food, directions, call tours I had reserved and packed lunches for me to take. It is cheaper than most hotels, but much nicer than hostels. So it was great as a single woman traveller who wanted hot showers and beds after her hike of the Inca trail or trip to Puno and back. Highly recommend. A great location. Simple place, but great for the price.

Very friendly hotel. Well situated close to the main square, yet not noisy, clean, helpful stuff. Good breakfast, good service for hikers like luggage service and early breakfast solutions. Really enjoyed and actually coming back there for the second part of my trip!

Couple of nights in Cusco

Good Location and Stay
This hotel was hard for the taxi driver to find but in a great location. There is no lift so would not suit anyone with any mobility issues. A porter takes your bags up for you. Helpful reception. Did get woken up by the kids of some staff one day but then we were having a sleep in so wasn't that early. The room is a decent size and perfectly adequate if you intend on really just sleeping there. We did have rooms service one night and the meal and cocktails were really good.

Muito acolhedor!
O staff do hotél é maravilhoso! um dos mais acolhedores que eu já vi. As estruturas são coerentes com um hotel tres estrelas e o unico ponto q eu deixo como sugestão é a implantação de lampadas com acendimento automatico nas escadas, uma vez q é muito comum transito de hóspedes antes do amanhecer;

Like: the location, our room, beds were nice soft and cozy perfect to rest after a long day of hiking. Breakfast and the lovely lady who ran the breakfast area and got our order of eggs. She was really nice and hospitable. DISLIKE ): at check in guy at front desk did not know so had to call in another person. The person was not informative or friendly. Saw us going out a.d didnt mention they locked and closed main entrance. We stood out a few mins in the rain. Nobody offer to help with the suitcase eventhough we had to go up to 3rd floor. -only on last day the guy at front desk was nice and helpful. Please train your workers so the persons at the front desk offer the best.

Close enough to city center was here with 10 year old daughter so as a women with a child i felt safe walking around the whoke city. No one bothered us. Hotel was comfortable and room was spacious. They have a breathtaking view on the roof of the city. Must go up at sunset stunningly beautiful

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Un desayuno correcto, eso sí, con zumos naturales. Agua gratis e infusión de coca además de hojas de coca, todo ello disponible gratis; muy útil para la altura. La ubicación es estupenda, a un minuto o dos a pie de la plaza de armas y una casa de cambio pegada a la puerta. Recomendado sin ninguna duda.

Location first. Close to center but still on the quite side. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast ok but plenty. This is a 2 star hotel. A bit outdated and plain but very clean and excellent for a one or two night stay on the way to Machu Picchu.
