«Rented property to attend Karen Peck and New River homecoming. Property was just as described and made for the perfect getaway. «This was honestly the best VRBO we have ever had. The place was cleaner than any other we've been in, very well appointed, and nice in literally every way. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub was fantastic, and the view from the porch was awesome. We saw tons of wildlife and our favorite thing quickly became having our morning coffee and waiting to see what animals passed by. I cant say enough good about this place. «Eagle Ranch Estate is one of the best family vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. First, there was room for everyone for sleeping. That is so important for a big family (18 members). The two kitchens and outdoor cooking areas gave us plenty of room for fixing meals and eating together. «We’ve made several trips to this area but this was our first stay close to downtown. It was so nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. And the bonus was, we happened to be there for the Bear on the Square festival! It was sooo nice to not have to struggle for parking!! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean.»
