Villa Saphir offers all the comfort and tranquility necessary for an enjoyable stay on the island of Saint Martin. Located in the hills of Orient Bay, it offers a view of the village as well as the surrounding islands: St Barth, Tintamarre, and Pinel while remaining close to the beach.



It has 3 bedrooms as follows:



- Bdr 1: King size bed with terrace access



- Bdr 2: King size bed (that can be separated) + a mezzanine with full bed



- Bathroom 1 located between bedroom 1 and 2



- Bdr 3: King size bed



- Bathroom 2 attached to bedroom 3



The villa also features a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room open to a large covered terrace.



The private pool is surrounded by a deck and a second terrace with a garden lounge and sun loungers.



The villa is fully air-conditioned but also has ceiling fans in all rooms.



It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 televisions (living room and master bedroom), WiFi, barbecue, outdoor shower, and water tank.



Villa Saphir is located in the secure park of Orient Bay with its beach restaurants, watersports, the "Village Square" with delicious restaurants open in the evening, a grocery store, a bakery... Everything you need for a perfect vacation!

Magical

Wonderful location and view in Orient Bay. Close to restaurants and the beach. Villa was well appointed and we lived outside on the beautiful porch and pool. Alex our host was extremely helpful and very communicative.

Excellent experience

We have stayed at many houses in orient Bay and this was definitely the best one. The house was clean and the layout is perfect. The view is magnificent. And the property manager was amazing and so helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a relaxing week

Beautiful View of the Lovely Island of St. Martin

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at this wonderful villa with an amazing view of the ocean. The beds were all comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the property manager Christine was a delight.

Perfect 50th Birthday Trip!

My family and I loved Villa Saphir! The property was just as advertised and Christine was always responsive to my questions prior to the trip. We enjoyed the private pool and the close access to the beach. Restaurants in the village were awesome (Maison Mere was a favorite)! We will definitely return!

Perfect getaway!

This was the perfect house to stay for my vacation. The property was clean and beautiful, it looks just like the pictures. The neighborhood is really sweet, quiet and close enough to the beach and a short drive to some great restaurants. Christine was so helpful during our stay and was extremely responsive. We were able to get all of our COVID documents in order with her support. 10/10 recommend!

Wonderful modern villa fully equipped

My family of 4 (2 young children 7 & 4 year old) stayed at Villa Saphir with another couple with their 2 young children (7 & 5 year old). So it was 8 of us, we felt ver comfortable and had a wonderful week. The villa is modern, true to the pictures and fully equipped. My wife was even able to find everything she needed to bake a birthday cake! The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms but one of the bedroom has two single beds joint together and one queen bed easily fitting all 4 kids. The porch has a large covered dining table and an outdoor saloon so nice for a drink before and after dinner! The large Bluetooth sony speaker is a nice touch. This house has everything we needed, really. The house is a 10-15 min walk from Orient Bay beach but very easy to drive and park. Due to the seaweeds, we ended up spending time at the beaches on the east side of the island. The beaches of Fryers bay and happy bay are 20 minutes away. A must see is the beach of Anse Marcel (15 minutes drive) with an amazing lunch or dinner experience at the Anse Marcel restaurant. With all of that, I can’t finish this review without a few words about the manager, Christine. She is one of the best we ever had. She was very responsive and so helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to replace the washer and dryer in less than 2 days. She helped us printing some Covid forms. Thank you Christine for making our stay so stress free! We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful return to Orient Village!

We had a very nice stay at Orient Village. The villa was very comfortable for our family and clean and very well stocked with everything you might need for the stay. Christine was very nice and accommodating and very quick to respond to all the questions. We are very happy with our vacation and can’t wait to return next year!

Beautiful villa in paradise

This experience was amazing! I have been to St Martin 6 or 7 times but not since Hurricane Irma. I was very pleasantly surprised particularly with the Orient Beach area. First of all, the Villa was everything advertised and more! The views are breathtaking and having our own pool was wonderful! Working with Christine was easy and smooth. She checked on us a couple of times to make sure everything was good. For this trip it was just my sister in law and myself, but you could easily sleep 6-8 people! We will definitely be back!

Villa Saphir-wonderful stay!

We loved our stay! The property is even more beautiful than the photos. It was very clean, and we appreciated all the kitchen amenities as we cooked daily. It was only a very short drive to Orient Beach and just a bit further to Grand Case. Great location! We hope to return!

Saphir Villa is more than a villa. It is a gem.

the villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. the pool was great. the view was beautiful. Sadly the driveway is terribly narrow and steep and getting our daily we would scrape the bottom of the vehicle. We had a lot of trouble with our rental car and having to share with 3 other cars. If any of that could be widened or smoothed a bit that would be great and a little knowledge of that up front would also have been helpful. Otherwise everything was wonderful.
