    Villaen på 220 m² har en stor terrasse på 200 m² med utsikt over det oppvarmede bassenget og bukten Cul de Sac. Gjestene kan nyte frokost på solen eller om kvelden rundt på grillen.
    3 kajakker er tilgjengelige for romantiske utflukter, familie eller sport i denne rolige og typiske bukten. Vi tilbyr også snorkleutstyr for å utforske havbunnen.
    Ligger 5 minutter fra East Bay, kan du raskt nå stranden med mange aktiviteter (jetski, paraseiling, restauranter osv.). Du kan også oppdage landsbyen Grand Case (5 minutter) med sine gamle kreolske og gourmetrestauranter blandet med "Lolo" typisk.

Wow, This house lives up to its pictures and then some! Beautiful home, beautiful view. We traveled with our two daughters and their boyfriends so the bedroom arrangement was perfect. We didn't need the kid's bedroom/bunkroom, but it is adorable. House was stocked with so many extras (including thankfully electrical adaptors which we forgot to bring). Concierge service was incredible - thank you Yoann and team for making this an unforgettable vacation. Definitely recommend using the service to have beginning set of groceries delivered prior to arrival and car rental service where a driver takes you to the house and the rental car is waiting for you there. Using kayaks to visit Pinnel island was a highlight. Having travelled to most parts of the island this was a perfect area to stay and loved that it was so close to Grand Case and the wonderful restaurants there.

The house was perfect for our group of 10 (4 adults, 6 kids). Kitchen is outfitted with everything you need. We had a bunch of meals at the house and drove into Grand Case (10 minute ride) for others. Gorgeous views from the pool deck. You can easily kayak to Pinel island for the day at the beach ( two great beach restaurants there as well). The owner Maly was so kind and helpful. She responded right away to any of our questions. She gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants. We will definitely be returning soon. This is a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend it!

This trip certainly provided luxury and a story for the books! Maly, our host was amazing! From arriving to handling the events that took place in our extended stay, she was great! Due to the USA/Venezuelan conflict that happened during our last day there, Maly ensured a high level of communication on the airport situation and allowed us to extend our stay.The property is well suited for 7-8 adults, the views were incredible and we took in kayaking to the other islands. Well worth it!

We had an excellent escape!

The property was as described in a quiet safe neighborhood where our family could relax and enjoy our time together. Maly's recommendation's and her responsiveness to details were 5 star as well. We would definitely consider Villa Matira if we were to return to Saint Martin in the future.

The Friendly Villa

There were four of us as some who were supposed to come could not. The villa was perfect and allowed a very easy and pleasant stay. St. Martin is truly a friendly Island. The food was outstanding and easy to get. Would come back many times and enjoy it!!!!!

Wonderful St Martin with wonderful Hostess Maly

Two families - 4 adults with 5 kids ranging from 3 to 8 Everything is as advertised A couple things to highlight The view is nothing short of spectacular East driving location to all beaches restaurants and close by to groceries wine shops and bakeries This villa is on a gated community which gives an added sense of security Our hostess Maly was super attentive and very detailed in all the instructions left In addition she was able to arrange all the bookings we wanted with excellent recommendations beaches and dining Looking forward to visiting again

The property and Maly were fantastic. Maly recommended a local car rental that picked us up at the airport, took us to the house and the cars were there. Did not have to worry about getting all the luggage into a small suv. Maly also recommended a photographer who met us at the villa, then met us at the beach so we could get our family photos done. Suggest they add a floor plan to the website, the house was not quite laid out like we expected, but still wonderful. Well appointed and we had a great time!

Perfect!

The house was in a perfect location and the views were amazing! We only went out to dinner one night because we wanted to hang outside and enjoy the view! The highlight was paddling to Pinel Island on the kayaks that were provided by the house. Maly was awesome and replied to any questions within 5 minutes every time. We will be back!

Wonderful Villa

Villa Matira was exceptional in every way. The location was great. Just across from Pinel Island which was a quick ferry ride or quick to kayak with the use of 3 provided with the villa. We thought that it was very well equipped with kitchen and laundry which was useful for the stay. Location was safe, clean and gorgeous views. Maly was great! Providing a lot of useful information while on the island such as restaurants, ferry info., meal/grocery deliveries and many more. Gizmo, the driver she referred us to was reliable and an overall great guy. He took us everywhere. Highly recommend this villa!!

Family time at Villa Matira

This was the first time we have used VRBO and we were a little apprehensive. However, this property was above and beyond what we expected. Mala was there to meet us and show us around. explained how everything worked and gave us information on restaurants, beaches etc.The villa was incredible and the view was unbelievable. We would absolutely recommend Villa Matira, we didn't want to leave, can't wait until the next time!!

Villa Matira

We absolutely loved Villa Matira. The house was clean, lovely decor, amazing view and great location. It is in a gated community and we felt very safe. Loved Kayaking to Pinel Island. Convenient to Grand Case where we dined several nights as well as Orient Baie. Maly was an attentive property manager. She helped with securing a rental car, restaurant recommendations,and excursions. Fridge was stocked with a few beverages to get us started, beach towels, washer and dryer and adapters for our electronic items. The kitchen is well stocked with upscale kitchenware if you want to cook. The house is fantastic and I highly recommend it. St. Martin is a beautiful island and we will return again.

An amazing Family Vacation

This villa was extraordinary! The view is hard to describe, and the pictures do not do it justice. The entire villa is well thought out, and was the perfect size for my wife and three adult daughters, each having their own br and bathroom. My oldest recently got married, and the seperate bedroom around the pool was quickly coined their honeymoon suite. The locations is ideal, as it is 7-10 min from Grand Case, Anse Marsel, and Orient Beach. Kayaking to Pine Island was a great adventure as well! Maly was wonderful, and acts as an amazing host. We are already planing our return next March! Run, don't walk to this villa!

Magical family vacation in St. Martin!

Our family of ten enjoyed an amazing week over Christmas vacation at this gorgeous villa. Maly was an incredible host for us, and took care of every request we had in a most timely fashion. She was always accessible to us and we so appreciated her attentiveness to our needs. The house is well equipped for everything to help you enjoy your stay. The outside space is beyond beautiful...with expansive views over the bay and a beautiful infinity pool. Having kayaks at our disposable made going over to Pinel Island for swimming and having lunch there a breeze. A ferry is also available to access the island. Restaurants in Grand Case are easily reached by car, and are most special. Our family had an superb time there, and had a hard time saying goodbye to a dreamlike villa and location that truly is one of a kind and most magical.

Heavenly Villa

We just got back from an amazing trip to St Martin and Anguilla. During our stay on St Martin, we rented this lovely villa and it was highlight of our trip. Maly is an amazing Host, and took care of every detail for us (even down to our restaurant reservations). The location of the villa was idea for us, situated just outside of Orient Bay in a quiet gated neighborhood. We loved being a 5-8 min drive to all the best restaurants, but with a little more privacy. The home is ideally situated. It has the BEST view and you don't feel like there are any houses surrounding you. It's a short walk to the Pinel ferry (our favorite day adventure) and my husband and I enjoyed our morning was around the area. Should we return to St Martin, this is the only place we would choose to stay again. Simply the best! Thank you for allowing us use of your fabulous villa.

You will not regret staying here!

My wife and I stayed at Villa Matira for one week, and it was our most memorable vacation by far. Of course the island is all sorts of beautiful and wonderful, but the house felt like its own luxury destination. We arrived a few hours later than expected due traffic from a local parade, but our host, Maly, was wonderful and accommodating. She provided us with alternative directions to the home, and even stayed late to greet us. Upon arrival, she gave us a warm welcome, and she showed us everything we needed to know about the villa. She had wonderful restaurant and activity recommendations, and she responded quickly to any other questions we had that popped up during the week. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We hired a private chef for a romantic in home dinner one evening, and he was able to find everything he needed in the kitchen to prepare our multiple course meal. I could add a million more things about the loveliness of this property, but there will not be enough room. Book it, you won’t regret it.

Gorgeous villa, exceptional host, ideal location

My family (two adults, two young kids) had such a wonderful stay at Villa Matira. First, Maly is lovely and an exceptional host. She was so responsive to every ask before and during our stay. Greeted us warmly when we arrived, had great recommendations, and went out of her way to make sure we had a wonderful stay on the island. We felt so lucky and cared for. The villa itself is gorgeous, just as pictured. It is SO beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed and the views are just amazing. The kids loved the bunk bed room! And it was so special to be able to walk down to the beach and take Maly's kayaks out to Ilet Pinel. This was our favorite beach, and we went multiple times. We also loved the location of Villa Matira in Cul de Sac - a lovely, quiet, safe, neighborhood, tucked away a bit, but so convenient to get to Grand Case, Anse Marcel, Orient Bay. And it was very handy having the Super U and excellent bakeries just minutes away. We highly recommend Villa Matira, and would absolutely love to come back! Merci beaucoup, Maly!

We can't wait to come back!

We visited St. Martin in early June and stayed at Villa Matira for the week. We loved every minute of it and would happily stay here again....hoping to do so soon!! The view is truly amazing! Every time we looked out to the water and islands it was so beatiful that it almost didn't feel real. The pictures online are accurate but the view and house are even more remarkable in person. The house was pristine yet felt very comfortable. We loved the decor and we can't say enough nice things about Maly. Communication was great. She made recommendations, met us at the house and gave us a tour and walk through of how to use the automatic doors, explain the kayaks and more. It was totally unexpected but very appreciated, that the refrigerator was stocked with both drinks for the kids and adults, adaptors for the plugs were available and a mid week cleaning was included! We had kids ages 10-18 with us.....all of them enjoyed the house and spent a lot of time in the awesome pool. We also used the kayaks to visit Pinel Island which took us about 15 minutes to get there. We highly recommend trying that too, the beach and restaurant were fantastic! Definitely appreciated that the kayaks were included!

Beautiful property!!

Prior to our arrival, the property manager was amazing - answering every question we had and providing awesome recommendations. Upon arrival, the car service recommended was seemless and the property stunning!! Maly greeted us and toured us through the property that literally has everything one could think of! Don't bother bringing adaptors- there are plenty! We appreciated the welcome beverages and snacks, what a kind touch!! We had a few hiccups throughout our stay but they were nothing that could have been fixed in advance and, more importantly, were handled professionally and immediately. The pool is stunning and the view breathtaking. Just take special note of the layout, two (bunk and master) of the four bedrooms are attached to the 'main house', a queen room off of the pool area and another down an outdoor staircase. This layout works for many groups, we traveled with more children than adults so it made me a little uncomfortable at first but the area is gated and secure and we had no issues. Just worth mentioning the unique layout. Also to note, there is no AC in the main areas of the home. The breeze was lovely while we were there but there were times we would have loved an air conditioned common space to gather. All in all, we would rate this home a 10/10. Super clean, too!! Mid-week housekeeping was also a special treat.

Beautiful Beach Chic Villa

This was our first time going to St. Martin for a family vacation with our 3 kids (ages 22, 21 and 19). We absolutely loved this villa! It's always nice when the rental ends up being as nice as the photos! Every detail was perfect! The villa is beautifully designed with plenty of comfortable lounge areas for reading alone or hanging out with the family. The bedrooms are roomy, comfortable and stylish. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking a big meal - plenty of dishes, glassware, serving pieces, a grill, refrigeration and freezer space. We ended up eating more meals at home than we normally do. The pool was wonderful, and the view gorgeous. Maly was great from our initial introduction to meeting us at the house and then checking us out. She is very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the texts during the week to make sure everything was okay and asking if we needed anything. We had the house stocked with food and beverages before we arrived, and we went to the Super U grocery for other things we needed - great store 5 minutes away. Elizabeth, the housekeeper, was super friendly, too. The house and neighborhood seemed safe to us, and easy to lock up everything. The island is pretty small, so it's a short drive (we rented an SUV at the airport) to dinner in Orient Bay or Grand Case - both have a great selection of restaurants. We kayaked one day out to Pinel and hung out at the beach, which was fun. We took a ferry to St. Barts one day and explored that island, and we chartered a Captain Jo's boat another day to Anguilla. It does appear that the island is still recovering from Irma, but there was plenty to see and do. Beautiful people on a beautiful island. We're so glad we chose this as our vacation, and we can't wait to return!

Perfection

It was our first-time visiting St Martin, and we had the best time. We did not want to leave. Villa Matira did not disappoint. The moment we walked in all of our cares went away and we were mesmerized by the view and the accommodations. The house manager, Maly, met us upon arrival and walked us through the home. She provided recommendations for great restaurants, nearby markets and a wonderful car rental company, Nono Rentals. Also, a nearby gym for our 16-year-old son's work out. During our week at the villa, we took advantage of the kayaks and paddled to Pinel Island for the most incredible lunch and views. We ate fantastic BBQ at Lolo's in Grand Case. We enjoyed delicious meals in Oriental Bay- le Telegraphie, Sao and brunch at Coco Beach. We spent a day at the most gorgeous beach Anse Marcel, which is a 10-minute drive from the Villa. We took a ferry from Saint Maarten to spend a day in St Barth's- super easy especially since they lifted the Covid restrictions. In Saint Maarten, our teenagers especially enjoyed the highly recommended 12 Metre Regatta- a fun sailing activity for the whole family. And they loved jet-skiing. We also spent a lot of time at the villa; swimming in the pool, making dinner and lunches in the well-equip kitchen, sleeping in the air-conditioned rooms, and just staring out at the incredible view where the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic meet, watching the clouds and the wind in the trees while thinking about life, our forefathers and all of our blessings. FYI: if coming from the US bring cash! The island appreciates the US dollar as payment. The restaurants at Pinel Island and Anse Marcel do not take AMEX.

Villa Matira

We have traveled extensively in our lives . This stay was absolutely one of the best stays ever. The location , the view , the Amenities were awesome. The location to the grocery stores and bakery was so easy to navigate. Maly was so helpful and made our stay so easy. We will be back for sure. The property is also awesome from the pool to the kitchen and bedrooms. I would recommend this property to anyone . Thank you Agsin Maly

Wonderful Stay!

What a wonderful place and just what our family needed! We had arrived pretty late on a Friday night and woke up early to enjoy the most beautiful sunrise ever!! I must say that we never got tired of view! Early morning dip and after returning from beach in the afternoon dips were awesome! In short, this house is total Zen! Very well equipped and great living space. Just a short drive to Orient Bay Beach (One of my favorites in the world) I must say the restaurants at Orient Bay came to life at night and was fabulous food and good choices. The service perfection! A short drive in the early morning to the French bakery is a must! A BIG thanks to Maly! She helped so much to guide us in the right direction and her tip on car rental is a must. It included shuttle service to and from airport and our car was waiting for us on our arrival. Brilliant! As I told Maly when checking out.... Until the next time!!! Since back home, we have all been daydreaming about our trip. A sure sign of a wonderful stay!!

Absolutely Incredible

The house is everything and more. It is exactly as described and the pictures do not do it justice, it is even more beautiful. The house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large dinners and the provided Tupperware was excellent for left overs. The pool was pristine and cared for daily. The Kayak to Pinel was so fun and easy, the drive to Orient beach was super quick and there is a supermarket right down the road. Perfect location for views, convenience and all around just an incredible time. Maly was an incredible resource, very helpful, professional and kind. This property is a must stay and I am sure we will return! Thank you Villa Matira!
