This house is inspired by Bahay na Bato. A traditional and historical Filipino home. With some antique furnitures and heritage architecture, staying in this house is like going back in time.

This is the Main House of TJM Tropical Resort and can accommodate up to 18 persons who will sleep overnight.
2 Towels will be provided in case anyone forgot their towels.
There are toiletries available at the resort which are sold in the reception.
Fiber Internet available (35 - 100mbps)

Only one room is airconditioned, the master's bedroom. One room is like an 'open spaced' mezzanine.

We counted the daybeds with pull out beds as two single beds.

We do not have restaurant yet, but you can order food from our partner restaurants. The menu will be provided in the House/Cabin you booked.

Extra fees

As required by the DENR, there is an environmental fee (ECC-OL-R4A-2018-0502) per head to be settled at the reception:
Php 100 for foreigners
Php 30 for adults
Php 15 for children below 12 years old

There are a lot of fruit bearing trees (Mango, Banana, Lanzones, Coconut, Guyabano, Langka etc.). You may consume these fruits for FREE, provided that you consume it during your stay. If you want to take out some fruits, the price will be subject to the prevailing market prices. The fruits are subject to availability.

Other things to note:

Pets are allowed but make sure they are contained or with their own pet beds (they should not share their beds with you) because subsequent guests may be allergic to fur. Also, they are not allowed near the pool area. Cleanliness and safety of other guests and our staff is highly observed. These are just for safety precautions. We reserve the right to charge you for any damages your pets may cause.

Approx. 15km to Taal Heritage town, 16km to Lipa City (for shopping), 25km to Anilao beach, 20km to Lemery beach and 19km to Batangas Port.
