«Disappointing and Unpleasant Stay
What was supposed to be a comfortable, well rested night turned into a very unpleasant experience. At around 3:00 AM, we were abruptly woken up by a fire alarm that was apparently triggered by someone pulling it as a prank. We had to leave our room and walk down to the lobby, but what made the situation worse was the staff’s lack of communication and concern.
There was little to no explanation about what was happening, and nobody seemed particularly concerned ...

«This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. From arrival to checkout, the service was extremely disappointing.
Upon arrival, I called the hotel more than five times for the complimentary shuttle. Each time, I was assured it was on its way. After waiting 90 minutes, I had to pay for an Uber. I later learned that shuttle reservations required the GOAT app, something never communicated on the website or in my booking confirmation.
Housekeeping was equally ...

I enjoyed delicious home-cooked meals. The bedding is comfortable, and they provided hypoallergenic bedding. Another note to make about the room is that the blackout roll-down curtains ...
