Was poisoned by cleaning solvents in the room slept on the balcony due to no staff to speak to am still trying to get a refund for the second night even though i purchased insurance will never stay here again nor use expedia again the insurance company sent me info but want my bank information when all they have to do is refund the credit card I used to book the room it's awful that I'm having to pay for the first night checked out as soon as somebody got on site the next morning and was met with some not so nice response was told that the hotel would reach out to me about the problem that I had and I've heard nothing from anyone will not send my bank information because you already have it and if that insurance company reached out to me online and demanding my bank information why can't they just refund me through the card that I gave you why can't you delay relay that information
