As you open the front door, you’ll be walking into a private paradise with a pool (heated is optional during colder months) and easy access to Crystal River and the Gulf from your own private pier.
INDOOR AMENITIES:
Kitchen: Gourmet Kitchen with all your cooking needs: Stainless steel appliances, coffee maker (drip), microwave, updated refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, dishware, silverware, bakeware, pots, pans, blender, cooking utensils, and toaster. Total seating between kitchen and dining table is 14.

Home Theatre: Custom Stadium Seating for 10, Amazing Sound System, and commercial style popcorn machine for the real "movie-style" experience.

Game Room: Ping Pong table, mini bar, and card table with board games and cards.

Comforts: Three separate temp controls for comfort on different floors of home, on-demand hot water, A private office area. WiFi included. Washer/Dryer available and linens/towels provided. Smart TV’s provided in Living Room, Family/Common Room, and all bedrooms = 7 total

Home Layout: Main Floor: Master with spacious jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower with 3 shower heads, kitchen, guest/pool full bath, home office, game room, living room, laundry room, dining room, common area. Upstairs: Upstairs is 3 bedrooms, a family room with a pull-out queen couch, a full bath, and theatre room.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES:
Backyard: Resort Style Pool with large very private backyard. Heated pool is optional during colder months. Limited pool towels provided as well as floats for the pool. Pickleball Court, large gas grill (propane included), 65” outdoor Smart TV, corn hole, and fenced in back yard. Outside has 20 seating options.

Privately owned Dock/Pier (in front of house) on Canal: Great fishing - Bring your fishing poles and/or boat (27 ft or less). 4 Kayaks provided with life jackets.

Parking: No more than 4 vehicles. No street parking is allowed. No parking in the lawn.

Fun fact: The home is conveniently located less than 2 miles from golfing, boat launches, boat rentals, a beach, fishing, Marina, and hiking trails. When ready to explore, Crystal River has so much to offer which includes swimming with the manatees, fishing, scalloping, air boat tours, state parks, boat rentals, excellent restaurants and much more!

We had the most wonderful stay at Catherine’s beautiful home in Crystal River. From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a little slice of paradise. The house was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up so guests can relax and enjoy their time together.One of the main reasons we chose this home was all the amazing amenities, and it absolutely delivered. We loved having the pool, pickleball court, theater room, and ping pong table. It made the house the perfect place for our family to spend quality time together without even needing to leave. With everyone’s busy lives, it meant so much to slow down, laugh, and enjoy being together in such a fun environment.The location was perfect for our adventures. We came to swim with the manatees and visit Weeki Wachee, and the home was a great home base for everything we wanted to do.Catherine was wonderful to work with and very responsive. You can truly tell she cares about her guests and their experience. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to the area and highly recommend her home to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable getaway.

All I can say is Wonderful!!! The hostess was the kindest, most responsive, best you could every ask for. Everything about the house and all the amazing extra's was perfect. Our experience at the house was truly unforgettable! There was something for the entire family to enjoy, making it the perfect getaway for all ages.Whether we wanted to play pickleball, take a dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub, watch a movie in the theater room, challenge each other to ping pong, play board games, or go kayaking, there was always something fun to do. Even on the several rainy days during our stay, the home provided plenty of entertainment and cozy spaces to relax together.The location is also fantastic—convenient to anything you might need, from groceries to local attractions.You will not find a better host than Catherine! We had two families with cousins (10 people) come together for a couple of days of scalloping, and this property was excellent. Only 7 minutes from the marina where we rented our boat, we were able to maximize our time on the water and at the house. The home comes with everything you could think of. After a day out on the water, the kids especially loved cooling off in the pool, playing pickleball, and watching a movie in the theater before bed. The evening views were gorgeous, and the sun rises right over the back porch. Spacious with plenty of sleeping areas and showers. This is a no-brainer if you're looking for a getaway or a family vacation/staycation. The host was gracious, extremely helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this property, and we plan to stay here again if/when we return for more scallops!

Scalloping

The house was great for our family and our family friends for our annual scalloping trip! Our guide was able to pick us up from the dock and between the movie theater, pool, and pickleball courts, there was things for the kids to do. Catherine was very nice and helpful!

AMAZING stay!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fun getaway. We especially enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, and movie theater. The kids were obsessed with the popcorn machine—it was such a fun touch! The host was fantastic—great communication and made us feel so welcome. Would definitely stay again!

A great place with a ton of amenities

Stayed at this home with several friends for an (old) guys' weekend, and we had a great time. The home theater is a really cool feature, and we got a ton of use out it as well as the pickleball court and ping pong table - and the pool, of course. Communication with Cathryn was easy and prompt, and she really went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed for our stay.It's a huge house with a big kitchen, and really has everything you could possibly need. Really, really great all around.Two very small downsides are that there are only three bedrooms and three baths, which is great, but given the massive size of the house, it would be have been awesome to have one more of each of those for a larger party. Also, the house sits just across the street from water access, so the kayaking options are not as great as other homes I've stayed at in the area.Still, all in all, it's a great place which was kept immaculately. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic Getaway!

We really enjoyed this home! It was comfortable, spaced out nicely, and so clean! The kitchen was spacious and fully decked out. The hot tub was used every night and the instructions for the high-tech tablet were very user friendly. Plus Cathrine was very quick to respond to our questions. My oldest boy loved the basketball court out back, and the guys used the dock out front every day to fish. The movie theater was a huge hit, and fun to watch the Final Four games with popcorn from the fancy popping machine! Crystal River has a very relaxed vibe, and we enjoyed eating by the river at both Crackers and Tipsy Tarpon which are very close to the house. Great hiking and boating in this area. We highly recommend this home to everyone looking for a nice relaxing weekend! Thanks, Cathrine.

Fantastic family vacation

We had a superb stay at this luxurious home! The pool was ideal for my kids and the hot tub was wonderful for the grown-ups. The ping pong table and indoor movie theater were major hits for all. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for family dinners, and the place was immaculate with no hurricane damage. Highly recommend!!
