Hoteller nær Crosscut Distillery

«I was in the city to accompany a seriously ill family member. You did not offer the medical discount available for family members; the hotel doesn’t offer one on its website. The hot water ran out half way through my shower at 5 a.m. and the security lock got stuck in the closed position and I had to jiggle and push the door to get that bottom lovk unstuck. I mentioned all this to the clerk when I checked out and she said there was nothing she could do. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.»

«I was very disappointed with my stay. The towels were dirty, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. There was also a strong smell of cooked food throughout the motel. On top of that, the deposit was charged to my credit card rather than placed as a hold. I had to call the motel myself to have it refunded. Between the lack of cleanliness and the hassle with the deposit, I would not stay here again.»

«Good location, good access»

«This place was very dirty and unkept the mini fridge had mold in it and they had cockroaches for the price I spent to stay one night it was horrible and not worth it we almost had to just sleep in the car very disappointed this is not a 3 star motel it should be a 0 star hotel and they have people that live there all the time which made it look very rundown and for it to be a non smoking there were a lot of burn holes inside the room on the carpet and chair at the desk I would never recommend ...

«Clean room, friendly owner couples»

«They should offer breakfast and have a hot tub or sauna for that price, very expensive for a night. But very clean.»

«Clean room, good breakfast selections. I was disappointed because I booked online and was quoted a rate, but was charged more. When I asked they tried to explain fluctuations of rates vs availability - I know - that is why I booked in advance. I was part of the "occupancy" calculation!!!!! This is the first time this has happened to me and I've been traveling for 40 + years. I won't stay here again.»

«Clear room, nice breakfast, plenty of kitchen appliances at room.»

«Staff were pleasant, rooms were clean and fresh. Breakfast was goo. Would stay again»

«One big complaint I had was the smell outside. Although no fault of the Inn, the dump in close proximity was very rank smelling. I have stayed here a handful of times and i haven’t experienced this before. I was gagging while outside the room. Inside, thankfully there was no smell. My bed also had noticeable divots from being well used.»

«Very nice night spent at a lovely hotel. Clean, comfortable room, bed and pillows. Breakfast was very good, and check in and parking were seamless. Would most definitely stay here again!»

«Julie and the cleaning staff was so helpful and very accommodating when we needed to extend the night. We travelled with a toddler and a baby and she did above and beyond to make sure when we had to change rooms to be smooth and easy. Overall whenever we stay here and every stay is always an excellent experience!»

«We would have very much appreciated a coffee maker in the room. Otherwise all was good»

«Clean and convenient, comfy bed, kind staff. Older motel but great for one night.»

«We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end! The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. My husband has difficulty climbing stairs, and the staff went out of their way to arrange a room that would meet his mobility needs. Their kindness and consideration were truly appreciated. The entire property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized. You can tell that the staff take pride in keeping everything comfortable and welcoming for ...
