Tobi and his group left the home in good condition. Very nice guest.

We apologize and deeply sympathize with this guest and what happened during their stay. The night they check-in, CB had blizzard dropping almost two feet of snow (typically something our winter guests hope for). The storm and snow caused the DIRECTV satellite connection to disconnect from the home. When the guest informed us, we had our snow removal crew on the roof within an hour, clearing the snow off the satellite. This did not fix the problem. We then had our caretaker go immediately to the home, where they were on the phone for an hour with DIRECTV troubleshooting. Unfortunately, they could not get it to connect. The repair required an onsite technician, and one was scheduled. Being the holidays and with the home located in Crested Butte, the soonest appointment was the day the guests checked-out. These guests wanted to watch the college bowl games, so we had them try to use an AppleTV so they could use Hulu live. Streaming didn't work out very well either, as live streaming football resulted in an image quality that was not sharp and hard to watch. By this time, the guests were just beyond frustrated, as I would have been if I was in their situation. It is absolutely essential that if an issue arises, no matter what it is, we resolve it as quickly as possible. My team and I are looking closely at what we could have done better, and how we can prevent something like this in the future. As for the 'no closets in 5 bedrooms,' I am not sure what the guest is saying. Six of the seven bedrooms have closets, and the seventh has a dresser. Please take a look at our other reviews.
