The Studley Ranch House has some of the best views in the valley and only 1 mile from Elk Ave and the historic district of Crested Butte. This home has 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths, a heated 2 car garage with additional outdoor parking, washer/dryer, and wood burning fireplace. Enjoy the large kitchen with an open floor plan that goes into the dining area and living area. Walk right out to the wrap around deck that features eye opening views of Mt. Crested Butte. Your only neighbors are some of the ranchs horses (as much as you might want to go say hi to them, please dont bother our furry neighbors).

As you enter the home there is a Queen bedroom an additional with a double and a twin bunk to the right, with a jack and Jill bathroom. To the left is the large Kitchen, Dining and Living area with the beautiful wood buring fireplace to cozy up to. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with a king bed, an andditonal bedroom with a twin over queen bunk bed. They also share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a half bath and laundry room off the kitchen area. 

A nonrefundable $250 Dog fee is required if you bring your furry friend. We will allow a 2nd dog for an additional $50. You must notify us in advance.
